My parents and I stayed at an inn along the Chikuma River. It was a long time ago, but I have fond memories of enjoying the food. What was disappointing at that time was that another customer came into my private room and I felt a little uncomfortable.I guess they wanted to take a look at each room because it has a different flavor.I think it was because the door was left open while the food was being served.

The staff was very friendly and the hot spring in the room was very nice. Thank you very much.

Every year around June, I always get asked, ``Dad, are you going to take me this year too?'' |July is my wife's birthday month, so I'm so excited to take her there.|Okay, let's go! …

This is my third stay here. This 60-year-old culinary inn has a total of 8 rooms, and the hot spring water is alkaline simple sulfur spring water. What I'm looking forward to here is being able to enjoy delicious seasonal wild vegetables and mushrooms (including matsutake). He shows me what he puts in the basket before cooking. The photos are from two years ago, but some of the dishes I didn't take were taken.I always buy wasabi, shiitake mushrooms, and seaweed as souvenirs."postscript"This is my first visit in a year.In the spring, I am choosing ``Tsumikusa Kaiseki.''Starting with the appetizer of warabi mixed with jelly and topped with snow crab, we also enjoyed the delicious water sweets such as cheesecake. The main dish, “Assorted wild vegetable tempura,” is the best. Also, the ``shabu-shabu Karamomo-style'' soup stock was indescribably delicious. Apparently, the secret ingredient is peach pulp grown in Kawanakajima.I would like to come next year when Nemagare bamboo can be harvested.
