It was a very strange room with a door that looked like an old rental house, an unnecessarily wide washing area, a red bathtub, and a window with a door that allowed you to see the bathtub in the room adjacent to the bathtub... .Also, although I only took a shower, the drainage drain was not flowing well and I was worried about how thorough the cleaning was. .Even though I was in Japan, I felt a sense of nervousness because of the difference between the services provided in Japan.Of course, I think there are some who think it's worth the price. However, I don't want to stay there again, even if it's only without meals.

It was canceled without permission.People who give good reviews are probably shills.The management is probably not Japanese.I made a reservation through Hotels.com, but they contacted me to cancel.I have ignored all communication from you since then.In the end, I gave a false reason to the management saying ``We are not open that day'' and the order was canceled.

Good place, wifi and Air conditioner stopped working in middle of the night, but they fixed it in 1 hour.Outdoor seating is great, we missed the barbecue party.

This is my second time staying here.It was a spacious room with a completely different atmosphere than the first time!The bathroom and toilet were clean, and the design of the room was very nice!The staff at the front desk was a very friendly lady and the staff was very responsive.I would like to use it again when I come to Gamagori.

I couldn't even check into the hotel.It's the worst. When I made my reservation, the room was already full, so I had to cancel it. That's what I was told.No, I haven't heard of it, have you? When I told them, they sent it to me via email every day. No matter how many times I checked, it still hadn't arrived.I was able to communicate with the hotel normally using the Agoda app, so why did I send it by email instead of the app?I think the email address was probably wrong, but since there was no reply, I didn't receive the email. I don't understand why you didn't suspect this, or why you didn't tell me about it when you called on the same day.I believe Agoda will refund your money when you leave.
