The quality is incredible for free.Unfortunately, a person who appeared to be a veteran camper (staying in a hammock on a tarp) started a bonfire after the manager had left, even though bonfires were prohibited on the site.I regret that one point.Even though such a nice place is provided to us for free, we can't abide by the rules...I'm really disappointed.

This is a campsite in Okazaki City. I went because it was close to my house and free.good point・A place with nothing. It is a campsite that takes advantage of nature almost as it is. The clean and well-maintained campsites that are common these days are nice and comfortable, but there is also the real pleasure of camping that can only be experienced in these deserted places. However, if you are traveling with small children, I would recommend a day camp. There's really nothing there, so things can be difficult at night.・The toilet is exceptionally clean. There are hypothetical toilets in the square, but they don't smell, they have toilet paper, and they are clean. The problem is that some sites are quite far away.・There is a shelterPeace of mind when something happens. What I think is a bit・It's too far from the parking lot to the campsite. You can temporarily bring your car to the entrance for unloading and loading, but once that is done, you have to drive through the forest to a parking lot quite far away. Of course, you can walk back to the site from there. There are no street lights on the forest road, so it's almost pitch black after dusk. I forgot my phone in the car, and when I went back to get it (even when I was leaving), it was dark and scary even though I had a flashlight with me. At first I was thinking of going back to the bathroom once at night, but I was too scared so I decided against it (lol)・Difficult to navigate depending on the siteBasically, you can specify the site when making a reservation, so it is better to research the site properly and specify. I didn't look into it, the government officeWhen I left it to someone, the site ended up being at the back of the site and it was difficult to carry the load (sweat). The restroom is far away, and the already far parking lot is even further away...・Bonfires are prohibited on the site.Although it can't be helped because it's in a forest, it would be great if you could have a drink while making a bonfire. I don't want to go out of my way to make a bonfire in a fire circle...not for group camping, but for solo camping. Also, this is not a problem with the campsite, but is it further back than the site I used? Up? There was an incident in which some unscrupulous person was making a loud, heavy bass sound from around 9 p.m., and other campers who thought the sound was coming from us started yelling at us.I think the yelling camper and I were the only ones camping that day, so it's hard to imagine that another camper was making the noise, so I wonder if someone was making noise in the parking lot near the observation deck. …Because of this, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to sleep peacefully at night while listening to the quiet sound of the river.A quiet night was ruined by the rhythm of the bass and the old man's extremely angry yelling. As I wrote at length, personally, it was a campground that I would return to again after specifying the site properly. However, I can't say that I can recommend it to everyone, so I'm giving it three stars.2023.10 P.S.If you are coming by bike, you can leave your bike parked in the corner of the plaza after asking the manager. It's easy for people on bikes to get around. However, even non-customized bikes will make some muffler noise, so be careful when you go shopping at night.

It's surprisingly close to the city (you'll understand if you go), but the park is truly natural! So I think everyone from beginners to experts can have a normal camping time. You are required to bring everything except firewood, but there is a convenience store 2km away and a supermarket 6km away, so don't worry if you forget something.

The administrator understood the campers and conveyed the voices of the campers to the Citizens Division and took measures. The Mt. Kuwatani hiking course is also beautifully maintained by volunteers.

As a campsite, the mountain road to the unloading area is narrow, so it would be difficult to drive around. In order to unload cargo, you have to approach the unloading area from the parking lot, so it's pretty tough. Also, on the precautions page it says that overnight stays start from 4pm, but I wonder if it was actually possible to go earlier. Even though it was a coronavirus, the explanation around that was sloppy. The campsite is located in a forest, so it feels like you're in the middle of a mountain. There are many places where you can pitch your tent, so it's best to check in advance where you'll pitch your tent. There are times when there is no manager.Perhaps because it's free, some campers have bad manners. The use of firearms is prohibited outside of designated areas (because it's a forest area), but when I came, there were people using them in their tents. It's the camper's fault that he can do whatever he wants without the caretaker, but what if a forest fire breaks out? Are we going to be burned too? I feel anxious.I would like to see proper management in this area.Ah, these campers are the men who were camping at A Site 123 on November 13-14, 2022.
