We will stay at Nishitaga Ryokan for 5 nights and 6 days with self-catering meals. I feel that out of all the hot springs out there, it suits my body the best. The hot springs at Nishitaga Ryokan are sulfur-containing sodium bicarbonate sulfate springs, which are soft to the touch and warm well.According to the subconscious mind and O-ring test, 6 types of ions have positive effects on the body.①Sodium ion 578.0mg② Potassium ion 41.0③Machnesium ion 25.0④Calcium ion 112.2⑤Strontium ion 1.8⑥Bicarbonate ion 986.4I relax and enjoy it three times at 6am, 4:00pm, and 9:00pm at a time that suits me.I am grateful for the paradise, the paradise of this world.

I used it for a night without meals. The people staying at the hotel (family members?) were nice and neat, and the inside of the hotel was clean and comfortable. Although we stayed in the summer without air conditioning, we didn't have a hard time sleeping as there was good ventilation through the building. (I wasn't there during the day, so I don't know.) The room and the self-catering area in the back of the room were clean and stocked with tableware, a new refrigerator, and a rice cooker. The hot water was very nice and there were many hot water flowers floating in the green water. I was able to enjoy the hot springs at a comfortable temperature that even I, who tend to get hot easily, could soak in for a while. There was only one shower, so it was a little difficult to use, but it wasn't a problem. I went to Hena no Yu and Waseda Sashiki, but the one at Nishitaga left the biggest impression on me. When you encounter hot springs like this, Naruko feels profound and makes you want to visit again.
