I used it on a Friday in September. I was happy with the smiling hospitality of the people at the hut. It makes me feel better. The sea of clouds, the starry sky, the curry and rice, the bio-toilet, and the bed were all great. The night view of Suruga Bay and Izu was beautiful. I regained my energy and was able to go out at 2am the next morning and watch the sunrise at the summit of Mt. Asahidake. They will store your extra luggage. You can also replenish water. You can also charge your smartphone for 100 yen. The 600 yen Coca-Cola you can drink here on your way down the mountain is also delicious. The other huts on the Gotemba route are no longer in operation, so I'm glad I was able to stay here~☺️.

When I was having trouble with my climbing shoes, I was given a pair of straw sandals that were not for sale, and thanks to that I was able to descend the mountain safely. I regretted my lack of preparation, but was helped by the warmth of the staff. thank you very much.

I was a little nervous because it was my first time staying in a hut since I always do day-trip climbing, but I was able to spend the night without any worries.I think the spectacular view in the evening and the sunrise in the early morning will be memories that will last a lifetime for the children. As soon as we reached the summit, a terrible thunderstorm started, so we had to give up on climbing Mt. Kengamine, and we had to change our return route to the shortest Fujinomiya route instead of running on the sand, so we decided to try again. If I have a chance to take on the challenge, I would like to work with you again.

Very hospitable and helpful hosts. The food is very good and you can have refill. The comfort is standard for what you can expect in a mountain hut. It took 90 minutes to reach the top of mt Fuji from there during the night. Highly recommend !

The store manager was very nice. He didn't complain that I was late and received me warmly. After walking in a thunderstorm for a long time, I thought I was going to die.The most valuable thing is that the store manager also gave me a sleeping bag to sleep on the floor, although there was no pillow. It is in bad weather that the brilliance of mankind is truly revealed.

The staff at the mountain house are friendly. Booking reservations are easy online. The food is delicious and you can get an extra bowl of curry rice for free. The sleeping compartment is ok and the toilet is free for guests. The house is located at 3100 meters of Mount Fuji, which is a 4 to 5 hour walk from the top of the mountain. At the top, we went down the mountain via Fujinomiya Road. It was very difficult due to the rain. It took 9 hours to go down the mountain. The itinerary wasOn the first day, start from Fujinomiya 5th Station > pass Mount Hoei > go to Gotemba 7th Station Kamiya. The departure time on the first day is 11:00. Walk slowly to Kusanayama House at 4:30 pm. Because of the strong winds on Mount Hoei, please be careful. , I saw some people going up the mountain from Fujinomiya>After setting down the mountain, I went down to Mount Hokunaga.
