If you're looking for something extraordinary, you've come to the right place. Traditional and a little crazy 😉 Bushi is very open-minded and lovable. You learn a lot about the country and its people and can simply ask anything. If you want a look behind the scenes, you can hardly ignore Bushi. We really enjoyed the 4 days and will definitely come back.A place to meet and make new contacts.See you soon BushiAlexandra and Peter from Germany.

This is your typical minshuku Japanese B&B experience, with all the charm of traditional, 30's architecture, family style service and quiet, residential location, but augmented with the flamboyant presence of the owner, who rejoices in the name, 'Bushi' and who habitually wears samurai armour. His credo is to live by the samurai code of honour and service to community. Furthermore, he passionately strives to develop relations between conventional members of society and folk with special needs. Bushi san, I salute you!A minshuku won't give you the impersonal polish of a national hotel chain, but compensates by providing a unique and lifetime-memorable experience.Bushi speaks English; and a translation machine is on hand to facilitate interaction with the skilled cook, Megumi, who provides wonderful Washoku breakfasts.

We had a real immersion in japanese culture while staying at the guest house. The place is simple and feels like you have been invited to someone else house with souvenirs everywhere. But you will feel like home!Bushi, the owner, is really nice and takes time to sit and chat with us in english. The food is also very good !Very well located, between the beach and the station.Highly recommended.

(September 2023)This is a magical place.A small guest house in Kamakura.Come here if you want to spend time in company and in a family environment.Bushi is a wonderful host and let yourself be carried away by his enthusiasm. It makes you love a small city that is worth so much more than a quick trip out of Tokyo. His tour of the city is very interesting and get advice on where to eat.The breakfast is also delicious and makes you feel at home.Privacy here is lacking compared to other places but if that's what you're looking for you're better off staying in a hotel.Nice and super helpful stuff. We can't wait to go back!(HUGH!!!)
