The AC isn't cold enough, + there's no lift, so it's a bit tiring if you get the room at the top

REALLY BAD SERVICE!! Came all the way from Karawang to the hotel at 8pm and said the rooms were full, even though I had booked 2 weeks before. The reason there is an improvement is unclear. I booked another hotel but it turned out I ordered the wrong month, sucks!!!!

Very bad service. I ordered and paid via the Reddoorz application, when I arrived at the location, I was told to pay again. The receptionist said that the price in the application was not appropriate. Finally I canceled the order on the application and didn't stay here, luckily I chose a room that could be cancelled.Be careful if you want to stay here. If there is a desire, it is better to cancel it, rather than being cheated and told to pay again when you get here. The owner of this property is strange, if the price is not appropriate, it can be edited. Those who create their own accounts on the application set their own prices too, how come they say the prices are not appropriate.

The rooms are really nice, clean, good service, but one thing makes me disappointed, I'm far from Jogja and I'm going to the location late at night with a tired condition and a lot of luggage when I'm about to arrive but it turns out I want a unilateral refund, very disappointing!!!
