I stayed here with my kids during summer vacation.[About the facility]Considering the price, the directions were very unfriendly and I had no idea where to go. Most of the staff were kind, which was a relief, but it was frustrating to be left wandering around in the hot sun.[About the pool]I was glad that it was empty as it was reserved for guests only. There is a shop by the pool, but I think it would have been nice to have snacks that didn't contain spices. (It was so spicy that my child couldn't eat it)【activity】There is quite a distance from the pool area to the activity area. (3 minutes by car + 5 minutes walk)It's best to leave plenty of time for your trip, but some events don't have a place to cool off under the scorching sun, so I don't think it's best to go in the summer.[Dinner BBQ]Ordered premium BBQ. It was a gas stove type grill. The beef was delicious, but the chicken, seafood, etc. were questionable. I think we should go to a restaurant.[Overview]It's really confusing when you see it for the first time. The rice is a little weird. It might be good if you want to go to an empty pool for 50,000 to 60,000 yen.

The week after Golden Week, two adults stayed in a terrace house type house on a weekday. We have plans to play golf the next day. After checking in at the hotel lobby, you will receive the key to the terrace house area and the key to your room. There is a shop on the first floor of the hotel, but there is also a shop in the terrace house area, and although the selection is a little small, there is still a good selection here. In addition to houses and tents, the area includes hot spring facilities, laundry, showers, toilet buildings, shops, bonfire areas, and drink service buildings. It's about a five-minute walk from the hot spring to the terrace house on the edge, but the staff will take you there in an electric cart. BBQ on the wooden deck has a sense of openness and is fun, and the ingredients are both seafood and mountain, so you'll be satisfied. After eating, I put the trash and dishes into the designated trash cans and utensils, but when I looked the next morning, I wasn't sure if it was a cat or a crow who had knocked over the containers and rummaged through them. It would be better to put some weight on the container, such as by placing a chair on it.

There was a surprising amount of clumsiness in customer service, and even though the facility was large, there were few signs and it was difficult to understand. What should have been a fun trip was cut in half. When you forget to add dressing at a restaurant, the food you order is changed, or when you ask how to turn on the outside lights at Terrace House...They only answered that they thought there was probably a switch in the room, but they didn't actually tell me where the switch was...I was still laughing so far. After that, the corn soup I had for breakfast tasted unusually sour, so I threw it away, but I was told that it had a lot of sour ingredients in it, so I decided to make it again and bring it back.I was surprised that they would serve the food to the customers without tasting it in the first place, and the remade food was brought to them an hour after breakfast started. The worst part was that I paid the bathing tax when I checked out (I thought it had been paid in advance by credit card), but I was later informed that the accommodation fee had not been paid.I was at fault for my misunderstanding, but I was simply surprised at the clumsiness of forgetting to pay for the accommodation.I was told that they would send me an invoice and I would have to transfer the money, but even the process of transferring the money feels like a hassle.I also used the activities, but there were a lot of things that were a bit frustrating, such as the fact that it was so vast that it took a long time to search, and the lack of explanations that made it hard to understand and time consuming. It's a shame because I went to refresh myself.I will never use them again and I will not recommend them to anyone.

I stayed at Terrace House, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bath attached to the room was also very clean. There's a BBQ at night and a morning box delivered to your room in the morning, so you don't have to worry about coming into contact with other people. The BBQ was reasonably sized, but there were no vegetables, so that was a disappointment. I think it would have been nice to have some mushrooms.Unfortunately, the hot springs are only open from 3pm to 11pm, so you can't take a bath in the morning. The temperature was 42 degrees, but it didn't feel that hot. I felt that the temperature was good for a half-body bath.We recommend that you go from 3pm when you can check in, as you can have a variety of experiences. The evening starts at 5pm.There is also a grassy area and hammocks so children can enjoy themselves. There's also a pool in the summer.Overall, I had a lot of fun, so it's a place I'd like to come back to again.
