Ichinomiyakan, an inn connected to Ryunosuke AkutagawaAt my time, it was about 18,000 yen per person including two meals.40 minutes walk from JR Kazusa Ichinomiya StationThere weren't many buses, so it was nice to walk along the river. It opened in 1891, and the thatched roof from that time still remains. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs, delicious food, and cultural assets, but I was the only guest staying on holiday...Surrounded by pine forests, you can feel the atmosphere of a villa area.・Akutagawa-so (nationally registered tangible cultural property)Ichinomiya building annex built in 1890It is said that Ryunosuke Akutagawa stayed in this annex in 1912 and 1925, and wrote letters to his future wife, Tsuka Honfumi. A quiet room surrounded by a pine forest. Currently, if the weather is nice, you can open the shutters and take a tour. In the lobby, there were books related to Ryunosuke Akutagawa.・Ichinomiya OnsenThe iodine hot spring is known as the "spiritual spring of the Boso area" and has a light yellow color! It immediately worked on my rough skin...The men's bath is wider and you can see the sea! nice.*Since it is a sky bath on the 4th floor, it takes about 10 minutes for the shower to come up from the bottom. Please understand・Guest roomA large room with a great view on the 3rd floor. The bed is fluffy.·mealThe abalone was so fresh that it was a luxurious meal. There's not much information about it, but when I stayed there, I saw the hostess's personality, the hot springs, and the cultural assets, and I'd definitely come back here again.

I often used it when traveling to the factory. It's a historic building, so it's undeniably old, but the breakfast and late night snacks are delicious.

When the railroad opened in Ichinomiya in 1899, vacation homes for businessmen and soldiers were built, and the area became known as the Oiso of the East and flourished as a summer resort.Ryunosuke Akutagawa, who graduated from the University of Tokyo in 1912, spent the summer with a friend in a house outside Ichinomiya House (Akutagawa Manor), and sent long love letters to his lover Motofumi Tsuka, who became his wife.

The room is a spacious 10 tatami Japanese-style room on the second floor. The azaleas in the courtyard from the room are very beautiful and it's very quiet at night. …
