This budget Ryokan is sited near rotten bars lined street. It is constructed by concrete. The rooms are separated by small cells and a little bit moist. It feels like jail. The appurtenance is the least. The food is usual Japanese food and heavy meal especially to rice. Of course the charge is not expensive. Many of guests are construction workers and carpenters etc. who are posted to the construction. They have got strong body. Taking supper, they silently eat heavy meal, then go back theirs room each other to take the rest quietly. Next morning, they are starting to the workplace before 7 AM with saying "I'm going now!" loudly. I hope they take care themselves and get enough money to deserve for their hard working.
