The room and studio were filled with the smell of dust and mold. There were holes in the ceiling and the wallpaper was peeling off. There was only one hair dryer, which was a problem. His attitude was not good. The location is bad and it takes about 10 minutes by car to get to the nearest convenience store.

Nice venue with very friendly staff and good rates. A little older and further away from the onsen main street but only a 10 min walk from the closest skii lift. Food was also decent

This is my regular lodging when I go to Nozawa Onsen.I'm glad there's a 24-hour hot spring.Suitable for those who find it difficult to visit public baths. To get to the ski resort, you need to walk for about 5 minutes to Karasawa Slope, or take the shuttle bus (free of charge).

It felt like a place to stay at least, except for the 24-hour bath.I was a little disappointed that there were no tissues in the room, and no food or water. The hotel staff were kind. The room was cold even with heating, and when I asked if they could lend me a comforter (for a fee), they refused. It was so cold that I thought I would catch a cold after two nights, so I returned home after one night.

Dishes can be made into a hot pot for an additional 1,000 yen.You can rent a bath towel for 300 yen at the front desk.I thought it would be nice to have a humidifier in the room this time of year. The walls in the room are thin and you can hear noise from other rooms, but for this price, I have no complaints. The person at the front desk was very pleasant and kind.

On the way to the hotel, I encountered a disaster and was unable to go, so I contacted them to inform them of this, but they charged me the same 100% cancellation fee as "no-contact".I don't think I have any plans to use this accommodation anymore.

I use it every year with my family who are also band members♪First of all, the hot spring accommodation itself with a practice studio is rare, but the specifications of the studio, hot spring, evening and breakfast are also amazing! !What's especially amazing is that it has a fully equipped live performance space, which is as spacious as a hall and equipped with professional-quality equipment, making it a standout venue that you won't find anywhere else.I think many people use it for skiing, but it's also a wonderful hotel that you can enjoy even for band training camps. In addition, we have taken full measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, including ultraviolet ray space sterilization equipment. !And above all, the hostess's response is kind.
