Customer morale is too low.The room (especially the bed) smells like dog. People who keep pets probably don't realize it after getting used to it, but it stinks.I saw a customer with a dog in the hallway from a distance. A small black and white dog that looks like a Papillon. The person I was with was a middle-aged man in his 30s. He seems to be avoiding the entrance, so I'm sure he's a criminal.The hotel says, ``If we don't allow dogs...'', but that's not true. I keep my dog in the hallway in front of my room, and there's no way I'll leave my indoor dog in the car, even overnight. The penalty for bringing a dog is just to make other people feel bad, and there is no penalty for idiots who don't follow the rules. The room really smelled like dog.

The hotel located in Shimanto (Kubugawa) is also a good choice for accommodation nearby. Although it is a while away from the city, it is very convenient to get off the expressway. It was a bit pricey and two extra beds, but it's run in a chain store style so you'll probably have to split the cost.As for slippers to wear outside, if you're going on a walking pilgrimage, it's a good idea to pack a pair of ``100-yen flat sandals'' in your backpack.
