Average for a hotel in this price range.It depends on the person, but I didn't have a good impression of the air fresheners used in the lobby and elevators. To put it simply, it stinks.The indoor toilet has an aftermarket washlet. I guess it's better than not having the lid not open properly because it's a retrofit and the size doesn't match.Wi-Fi was provided at a speed that could meet my needs.There are two washing machines, but they are for home use, so it takes time, but there are no coin-operated laundry machines nearby.

I was able to stay for 5,500 yen per night for consecutive nights.It's a business hotel, so it's not the same as a luxury hotel, but I felt that they wanted everyone to feel comfortable in every aspect of the hotel, so I would like to stay there again next time I stay nearby.They have two cups of coffee, corn cream soup, and green tea in the room.There is a microwave on each floor, which is very convenient.The floors and wallpaper in the common areas were probably being replaced and it was beautiful. Therefore, although I think it is quite old, it doesn't feel that old.I could feel the owner's thoughtfulness in many places, such as installing Febreze on the air conditioner in the elevator and installing alcohol disinfectant.Since I wasn't able to use the jacuzzi because I was staying for several nights, I would like to use a different plan and try using the jacuzzi next time.

There was a dimmer switch in the room, but I couldn't turn it on, so I checked with the front desk, and they told me it wasn't possible because it was an LED.When I asked if they could let me know, they told me to ask when making the reservation.I was told that something was wrong with me, and even though I stayed for 2 nights, I was told that I didn't have to stay from tomorrow.I thought this was the worst response for a service industry!

I am using it on a business trip to Kochi!The roads in Kochi city are narrow and parking is a problem, so this is convenient!Although it is along the bypass, it is very convenient as you can exit at the traffic light from the Komeda Coffee side.The parking lot is spacious, so you can safely park even large or wide vehicles.The woman at the reception is also very nice.The building is a little old, but it has been beautifully renovated and maintained, and the rooms are clean and very comfortable!The shampoo etc. are also made by POLA, which is nice.The price is also low and I can recommend it!

It's a normal business hotel, but it feels like it's been streamlined. Check-in was at 3:30 pm, but I was able to get in a little earlier which was helpful.

I used it on a Shikoku tour over 10 years ago.The rooms are beautiful and have a feeling of cleanliness.Above all, I remember that the homemade breakfast here was delicious.Is there no morning service available now? If that's the case, I'd be a little sad, but I'm sure there are various reasons behind it.I think they told me that there was a restaurant nearby and that it was affiliated with the restaurant.The staff were also kind and made me feel comfortable.

The key 🔑 system is a little troublesome.When I flushed the hot water from the bathtub, the unit bath flooded.Each room had a coffee maker.

It is located in the suburbs outside of Kochi city, and access to the city is via a tram stop nearly 2 kilometers away, making it unsuitable for those traveling on foot. The only food and drink available inside the building is vending machines, but there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I didn't feel inconvenienced by that. Amenities are well stocked, including Pola Cosmetics soaps and shampoos, and I think it's amazing that each room has a drip coffee machine. There is also a jacuzzi (application required?) on the first floor, so I wanted to try it out. The woman at the front desk was kind and pleasant. Another drawback was that there was only one outlet in the room.

The owner of the front desk?kana…He spoke so fast that it took me a while to catch up with his explanation (lol)Please give me some relief even though I arrived outside of the city (lol)The exterior looked old 😅The rooms, hallways, and elevators are clean.No problem if you stay overnight without meals ☺️

Although the prices are high, the equipment is old, there are no outlets near the tables, and Wifi is almost impossible to connect to.I really don't want to go back there ever again.

Handling keys is troublesome. It's just a normal business hotel. Located in Nankoku City, it takes about 20 minutes by car to downtown Kochi. It takes just over 20 minutes to Katsurahama.

The prices seem to be high considering the equipment is old.The wifi suddenly became slow and unstable.The water pressure in the shower was also poor, and when I first started using it, it felt like it was clogged and I thought it was malfunctioning.
