2022.9I went camping for 1 night and 2 days!Although it was a consecutive holiday, there were 5 and 6 groups of campers! The fee for a family of 5 (2 elementary school students and 1 infant) is 1,440 yen. Pets are also allowed ♡They also collect trash! The plaza with the railway bridge was the most popular, and everyone parked their cars alongside and pitched their tents. The toilet on the side of the railway bridge is not Western-style, so it is difficult for young children. There is a bench so you can change diapers, but there is no diaper changing table. There is also a Western-style toilet near the administration building, and burnable garbage is placed there to prevent animals (according to my husband).Shower is 100 yen for 3 minutes. The women's version is broken and is used in conjunction with the men's version. There is also a river nearby (swim at your own risk), so it's fun to take a walk with the kids. There are small fish, so I should have brought a net (*≧▽≦)ノノ)) If you're going into the river, there are large gravel blocks, so it's best to wear sandals that will hold your feet firmly in place.Anyway, it's such a cheap place, but it has a shower room, trash is collected, and it's close to the river! The sites where you can set up tents are separated into small sections, except for the areas where you can see the railway bridge, so you can enjoy a sense of privacy. The trees look nice too.The street side is very bright at night! There are no vending machines nearby. Taisho no Michi-no-Eki is the closest, so we recommend you to stock up on it (o゚∀゚o)It was a really fun camp, so I'd definitely go back!2022.1I went to a day camp.I went to River Park Todoroki, but the road along the river after crossing the bridge just before it was quite narrow, so if there was an oncoming car, it would be difficult if it was a large car.The lawn is neat even in January, which is the off-season, and the Shimanto River is just a 2-minute walk away. However, we do not recommend flip-flops because the stones are rough. When the firewood went down to the Shimanto River, it was found somewhere in the bushes. It looks like you can open it and use it.The toilets are only Japanese-style, but they are relatively clean, and the kitchen and kiln are small but well-equipped.Best of all, although it is old, there is play equipment, so the children enjoyed playing with it. It's in the shade of a tree, so it might be cool in the summer. It's not a big campground, but it's a nice campsite near the Shimanto River where you can see trains. I would like to go camping again in the spring! ️
