If you want to escape busy Ubud center, live in local neighborhood surrounded by rice fields(also very close to Tegallalang), enjoy peace - this is the place to stay. I loved the decoration, coziness, little kitchen with all necessary equipments. All locations are easy to reach. Hospitable owner ❤️

Location is great,you can find groceries stores nearby,so there is no need to go somewhere far. Host family is very kind and friendly. Also want to mention that room feels fresh, you have all kind of kitchen utensils for a long stay,which was mandatory for me. As of now it's best price value for me.

Family is amazing and so kind and loving. Service is excellent and they are really helpful. Location is good just outside of town.Some roosters in the morning, yet earplugs will help with that! :)Definitely for the price it’s highly valuable. The construction in the room is well thought through.

Kasmi is my Balinese sister I never had and I stay at her place every time I'm in Ubud. She and her family are just the dearest and never fail to welcome me with the warmest hospitality. In 2018 I stayed in her room at Yobi House for one month during a training and it was the perfect accommodation.Tucked away from the busy noise of Ubud yet in the small village so there are a handful of shops, warungs and even places to fill up your petrol for your scooter around. There is a shared kitchen that is small but has everything you need (fridge, coffee/tea, refillable water, all the cooking necessities). The rooms are gorgeously decorated with cool tile floors, a desk, plenty of space to store your things, private balconies, good wifi and really nice bathrooms with hot water. Kasmi will cook you a delicious breakfast if you ask!Since then I've returned 2 or 3 times for a number of days and have stayed in some of her other rooms at her other place - Bucu House - which is just around the corner. Those rooms match the quality, atmosphere and hospitality of the ones at Yobi House. Either place you will feel a warm welcome like family. Kasmi and her husband are always ready to help, assisting me with a flat tire on my bike, gifting me with the most delicious homemade coconut oil and generally making sure that I have everything I need. You can rent a scooter for a fair price and they can also organize airport transfer.I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Ubud. Wayan - you are the greatest. See you next year when I come back :)

Cute townhouse with 2 rooms in the back for guests, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The highlight was the family though, they were so friendly and helped organize everything from rentals to our ferry off bali. Fresh breakfast in the morning for a great price too!Only thing is there is lots of animals and a bit of smell around, but I didn't mind as it's what we expected going a bit outside the city.

Nice host and a kind family. The house offers you great view in the morning. The people are really nice. There is only one problem of bad smell due to backwater that runs behind the house. Except that its a well maintained place.
