This time I only used it for meals. When I visited Ouchi-juku, I thought it was green onion soba, and when I looked into the shop near the entrance, there was a 100-minute wait, so when I was looking for another shop, I heard the nice smell of rice crackers and thought I'd be able to enter right away. .To be honest, I didn't have high expectations, but I was completely disappointed. The staff was very kind and polite, and the soba noodles were delicious with a thick soup. The entrance is at the back, so it's a little difficult to enter, but you'll be welcomed warmly, so I recommend it.

You can enjoy delicious green onion soba and tochi mochi. But I think the best dish was the herring pickled in Japanese pepper. It's a popular restaurant, so you'll have to share your table when it's crowded. The clerk also seems to be quite busy.

Food service is very slow. I ordered food and cold drinks, but I had to wait over 40 minutes after taking my order. Customers who came later were served the same food they ordered first, and they finished eating before their own food was served. At that time, there was no announcement, and when I called out to them, they told me that they were making it right now, but since it still wasn't available, I decided to cancel and leave the store. It was a waste of time as cold drinks were not served until the end. It's a tourist spot, so customers will come, but if you can't do a proper business because of that, it's out of the question as a business.

I had green onion soba and tochi mochi. I was told to eat the tochimochi while it was still warm, so I ate it before the soba noodles, and the slight sweetness was very delicious!Of course, the soba was delicious and I'm glad I went there! There are other places that sell tochimochi, and I ate both, but I preferred the one from Yamagataya. The room felt like I was at a relative's house in the countryside, and I almost accidentally took a nap.

2024.9With a dog from Niigata. It was still hot even after 2pm, and I was drawn in by the shaved ice at the entrance. Here, the eaves are in the shade, so dogs were allowed under the eaves.Shaved ice quickly becomes a drink if you don't eat it quickly.

The tempura was so delicious! It's vegetable tempura, but the flavor of the fresh vegetables was nicely fried, making it one of the best tempura I've ever eaten. That's 800 yen cheap! I also tried steamed bun tempura for the first time, and it wasn't as sweet as I expected, so it was quite delicious!
