Amazing kind and funny Japanese lady owner. I was alone at the guesthouse but when i arrived, the bath is already filled and kept warm. Very good value for money! Everything is clean and well managed.

I stayed here for one night on May 26, 2023. Since the 20% discount was still on, I ordered Matsu for my meal. I also ordered one beer and two sakes. At the service, I received some Yuzu wine and some Japanese sake that I didn't drink. I was able to have a great time with her as a conversation partner while traveling alone.

This is a warm and homely inn.When I entered the front door, I couldn't help but say, "I'm home!"🥰The room was clean and very comfortable.Also, the bathtub was big so I was able to stretch my legs and relax 😌♨️My tired legs from the walking pilgrimage were healed 💗

I couldn't sleep because the neighbors were noisy. Enough is enough. Group guests should be placed in separate rooms.

I was glad that the person at the guest house was like a mother and was friendly and easy to talk to. I was a little scared of the steep stairs, but thank you for letting me carry my suitcase.The bath was also very comfortable and relieved my tiredness. It was helpful to have a refrigerator, yukata, and toothbrush. There are two wet drying facilities, one outside and one on the second floor, and the accommodation is easy to find and the parking lot is spacious.I will stay here again when I come to Kochi.

This guesthouse is right in front of Nakamura Station, and is easily accessible by train or car. There is also a parking lot. Breakfast is also available if you wish, but this time I stayed without meals. The room is on the second floor and is clean. The stairs are a little steep. Amenities are also available. Bathrooms and toilets are shared, so you might have to be careful during busy seasons, but when I stayed there, it wasn't that crowded, so I was able to get in easily. The bathtub is large enough to stretch out your legs.

The welcome, the food, the room, and the bathroom were all wonderful!The location was very good, close to Nakamura Station and there were souvenir shops nearby.I want to go again!

The food was plentiful and delicious.The host is also very kind. The rooms are simple but clean. The bath and toilet are shared, which is typical of a guesthouse, but they were clean and had no complaints.It's right in front of Nakamura Station in Shimanto City.

The guesthouse is conveniently located 1 minute walk from Nakamura Station, a convenience store is also 1 minute walk away, and the parking lot is next to the building. In an old-fashioned way, it feels like a business inn. The room was 7 tatami mats with tatami flooring, but it was simple but sufficient for two people, and it was clean and well-maintained. There is a TV in the room and a shared refrigerator in the dining room. Wi-Fi is available (about 20Mbps), and although the building is old, it is sufficient for what you need.Although the meals did not have expensive ingredients, they were satisfying and seemed very cheap considering the reasonable accommodation fee (7,150 yen including tax for Shochikubai no Ume as of April 2021). It's delicious. Breakfast is also sufficient.Since there was only one group of other guests, we were able to use the bath freely until 11pm, so we didn't have any inconvenience. Towels and bath towels are washed and reused. Honestly, if you only want to go at night, it's about a 10 minute walk from the lively area of town, and you may need to take a taxi.Also, this time I was given a coupon worth 5,000 yen per person for Shimanto City, but it seems like it can only be used at restaurants in the shopping district, so if you eat at the hotel, you might not be able to use it up unless you go out for a snack in the evening. No (lol). I'm thinking of using it to buy souvenirs at a local product store.The host was very responsive and my satisfaction level was high, so I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity.P.S.: I stayed there again two weeks later, so I'll add another photo of the meal.

I have been using it for many years when I go on business trips to Nakamura!Dinner🌃🍴Breakfast🌄🍴 Always delicious.The bath is a communal bath, but it can accommodate about 3 people.The landlady Waka and the staff are always very nice 🎵(^0_0^)

So amiable! During the Obon holiday, you can only stay overnight without meals, but there are restaurants nearby, so it's not a problem.

The location is good and they welcome you like a normal person. The food didn't feel like a catered meal and tasted homemade. It's quiet considering it's in front of the station, and there are no problems with toilets, baths, or sinks.
