I used it on a surfing trip. The main building is as big as a mansion, and the garden is full of South Sea plants, giving it an American feel, but there are several groups of pilgrims, making for a strange combination. But surfing is like a pilgrimage, so it's surprisingly fitting.A room without meals costs around 4,000 yen, so you can't ask for much, but the bed didn't have a mattress, so I hurt my back, and the futon and pillows were made of cheap polyester material, so I couldn't get a good night's sleep. Also, I asked for a pot in the common area or inside the hut, but there was no coffee available, and there were no cups (I asked for a paper cup and they gave me a 50cc cup, but that wouldn't hold hot water), so that's all. Don't expect strange hospitality or frills.The specialty is barbecue, but according to people who are staying there for multiple nights, you can't expect much from the food.If you order breakfast, it will be served to you, but it's like the free stuff you get at a coffee shop, so if you want a full meal, it's better to buy it at a convenience store or go to a long-established coffee shop about 10 minutes away by car.

Cool surfer hostel, clean, comfy and a view over the beach from the terrace and our room. Simple but delicious Japanese food. Both speak very good English.

The kindness and service of the couple who own the inn. Also, the rooms are clean and relaxing. I'm glad that the bath is properly filled with hot water, you can borrow bath towels, and it's fully equipped with a hair dryer. After checking out and going into the sea, you can take a hot shower outside🚿 and go home🤭The sea is right in front of you, so I use it when I go surfing😄Please give it a try.

No motivation to serve customers.I made a reservation through Rakuten Travel, but my check-in was delayed, so when I called the phone number listed in the contact information, an automated voice said, "We are closed for today." The time is before 7pm.If the check-in time has passed, there is a possibility that it will be treated as a cancellation, and since I am traveling from a long distance, I would be in trouble if I could not stay, so I contacted them by message on the inquiry page of the management company's website that was mentioned in the automated voice.About an hour after I contacted them, I received an email saying that self-check-in would be possible after 9pm. No, no, there will be people there until 9pm, right? Why can't you answer the phone before 7pm? If you want to include another phone number or email address that you think will be connected in response, you should include your emergency contact information from the beginning.Since I had to wait for an hour for a reply, I was in trouble if I didn't have a place to stay, so I ended up finding a place to stay in Kochi City, and even when I sent an email to that effect, there was no response, as if to say, "Oh, there." It was a very unimpressive response. Wasn't there at least some sort of reply?I use a variety of accommodations both domestically and internationally, but this was one of the worst accommodations I've stayed in.I would never use this type of facility again.
