I stayed for one night in August 2024.We were originally scheduled to stay for two nights, but due to flight cancellations due to weather, we ended up arriving at Kumejima the day after our scheduled departure date...Thank you very much for your kind response despite such a sudden incident. The room was equipped with a TV, refrigerator, fan, air conditioner, and toilet, and was spacious enough for a single person.Amenities include face towels and bath towels, and the shower room also has shampoo and conditioner, so it's a good idea to bring your own toothbrush.I only stayed for one night without meals, but the owner took great care of me😊Even though I had checked out, they kept my luggage and even lent me a shower room when I returned from the tour. Not only that, but I was able to enjoy the benefits of cut pineapple in the common room and transportation to the port, which made for great memories of Kumejima.I will definitely come back next time I go to Kumejima❗️Room without meals: 3000 yenHalf board: 5,700 yen

The owner is quite an entertainer and it's fun. Mr. Itokazu's Yajagama Cave and Petit Sightseeing (5,000 to 6,000 yen) and Cave Only (2,500 yen) offer good content and cost performance, and can be booked on-site depending on the owner's schedule. In addition to famous tourist spots, he efficiently guided us to delicious pineapple shops and hidden gems along the coast. Highly recommended for beginners to Kumejima.Cooking is definitely worth it even if it's just for one day. The prawn tempura and grilled tuna were delicious! Dinner from 7pm, breakfast from 7am.You can use the washing machine for free, and there are several laundry cords and hangers in the room, so thin clothes could dry during this time while the cooler was running. It seems that the cooler will run for about 2 hours with one 100 yen coin inserted, and at night, before going to bed, insert it for the amount of time you want to sleep. (100 yen coins are structured so that they can be taken out immediately after being inserted)There is no changing room, but the two baths are large and private with a lock, so it's okay.During my stay, I kept a reasonable distance from them, but they were flexible enough to help me if I needed anything, so I had some very good memories. The living room on the first floor was open until 11:30 pm for those who wanted to chat, so it was very quiet at night for a guesthouse.Convenient location with restaurants, bus stops, and post office nearby. You can just relax here, so please be careful if you stay too long you may not want to go home (lol).Motorcycles are also available for rent.As of July 2023I really appreciate that even if you stay alone, it costs 3,000 yen without meals and 5,700 yen with two meals.

This is a wonderful guesthouse where you can listen to the old man's uta sanshin. The area around the inn is the same as the calm atmosphere of Kumejima♪

It's like an Okinawan guesthouse, so if you can stay overnight, it's fine. It's recommended for people who are used to traveling, but not for people who want to stay in a hotel.I'm a little hesitant about the DIY-style plumbing, including the cleaning situation, but the bedding and towels are clean, and there's a refrigerator, TV, and air conditioner, so if you're a light traveler, you won't have any major inconveniences.

As of January 2023Room without meals 3,000 yen5,700 yen with 2 mealsI was intrigued and made a reservation because it didn't have a website and had an unusually high rating on Google Maps.As a result, it was a very good guesthouse.Although the facilities are old, there is a separate toilet in the room and it is clean. As other reviews have said, the food is very delicious.Although it is a typical Okinawan menu, it has a seasoning that suits the tastes of inland people, so you won't get tired of it.Once you finish eating, the amount of rice will increase rapidly (lol)I didn't drink alcohol this time, but I'm sure they'll make some for you if you ask.Although there is no specific information, they will also ask you to guide them to Yashagama Cave. It was great because I was able to easily tour around Kumejima.

I stayed for one night without meals, and the owner was very kind. The boat departed on the day of departure, but it was raining heavily, so they took us to the port and took us to a restaurant with a sea view that only locals know about. It was a very fond memory. The room was comfortable and I was able to see the sea. I would like to visit again.
