I've been using it every year for 25 years and it's one of the joys of coming to Hinoemata.Soba is very goodMenu keeps shrinkingMaitake mushroom rice, large bowls of noodles, and Yamakawa tempura are no longer available, and I feel that customer service has deteriorated. It's such a waste! I hope to get five stars again.

I ate Mori Soba and Hattou Set for 1300 yen. I arrived before the store opened, but thank you for letting me into the store.Even though soba is not in season, it has a delicious aroma and I would definitely like to try it during the new soba season.Hatto had a nostalgic feel to it, like a country sweet, but it wasn't particularly delicious either.

September 2024It is one of the local dishes of Hinoemata Village, and one of the Yamado dishes. The name comes from the fact that the raw soba noodles, which do not use any binder at all, are rolled out to a thickness of about 2 mm, stacked in several layers, and then cut like cloth. This time, I had chilled soba + tempura and mori soba + hatto. The soba was of course as delicious as ever, the tempura was large, the maitake mushrooms were very juicy, and the rockfish was very soft. The hatto was also mildly sweet, warm and exquisite. There seemed to be a lack of customers for a while, perhaps as a result of the accident in 2011, but I'm glad that it has recently become as crowded as before.I will continue to eat here.last timeStable deliciousness.I look forward to visiting you every year.Hatto is slightly sweet and has an exquisite texture. I will definitely eat there when I come.

I felt that the quality was lower than before. Is the soba that comes out machine-made dried noodles?Since it was a three-day holiday, I thought they served a large amount of boiled food.If this is the case, I might give the winner to the skunk cabbage at the roadside station.Ah, the soup here was more delicious.

Stopped in for lunch during a tour.Because of the way the noodles are made, Saichisoba is only made with cold soba noodles. It was a Saturday afternoon so it was crowded.Mostly tourists

It was super crowded. There aren't many waiting seats, so you have to stand and wait. The price is reasonable. I feel like there aren't many soba servings. It seems that you can't make a large serving of soba. I also ordered a mini tempura bowl, so I was full. Tempura is only vegetables. The soba noodles are thin and smooth and go down well. Hatto tasted nostalgic, like soybean flour mochi.
