Warisan Ubud Villa

Garden and pool are beautiful. But that's all. The villa was abandoned for years and needs a deep renovation: old wasp's nests on the cieling, courtains stained and broken, cushions with cigarettes burns. Toilets are in very bad condition: I tried myself to clean them with acid and then bleach, but they need to be replaced with new ones. All the sinks and taps are moving (not fixed) and ruined. No dishwasher (despite what is written on the site), no cattle, no blender. Very few kitchen tools: cooking is almost impossible. Stove doesn't even work properly. Walls are stained and creaked.But the worst was the lack of service and absenteeism of the owner: housekeeping (that a place like this needs almost everyday for the quantity of bugs everywhere) provided only ones per week. Moreover once they simply didn't show up, without noticing.Internet didn't work in the rooms, and even though I was told that the landlord would come and relocate the modem by putting longer cables, it never happened.Towels arrived always in terrible condition, dirty and old, even when I asked more attention. The owner came by for cerimonies with no forewarning. Ones I had literally to run upstairs because he arrived while I was nude. But when I asked for interventions (toilet's seat detached, for example), I've been ignored. Even if I reminded them with several messages. Nobody came. Or even replied.So I started to fix things by myself or pay external people for doing it.I had to pay a lot of money for all the things they didn't provide: power strip, cleanings, detergents and all the product for cleaning. They didn't provide drinkable water. Nor waste bags, trash cans, toilets paper.Quality and services of this villa are terrible, and I'm so sorry because the place has potential: but the indifference of the owners is unacceptable.I rented this villa with the idea to stay there for some months. I ran away immediately after the first month.Really a shame!

Luxurious villa! With a large swimming pool, there is a washing machine. Lots of space. Beautiful view of the rice field. Next to the hotel with a restaurant and live music. Recommended.

Have to leave a bad review as there are issues with the villa and the owner has not left their phone number.The villa is housing tourists with no respect for neighbouring properties. Screaming drunk tourists blasting music from midday to midnight. You should make house rules and enlighten your stupid guests about what is okay to do when staying at the villa.Dont support this bad villa and management when they have tourists who are allowed to behave this badly. Dont let rude, disrespecting and ignorant tourist to Ubud. They are ruining the peaceful and serene vibe of the area.I pray you get better behaving tourists next time.
