The so-called general business hotel amenities are not always provided in the room, so I visited by riding a patterned bike that I made myself from the bottom, but you can park it at the bicycle parking lot just a short walk away. 800 yen per night It has a covered shutter and is completely closed at night, so you can feel very safe about security. Bike check-out is at 12:00, so it's very convenient to be able to tour construction sites and come back in the morning. After the bike is stored, you will be guided to your room, so it will take quite some time to unload the bike. It can also be temporarily placed in the lobby, so please ask a staff member. Although it was a non-smoking room, there were no particular problems and no noise. I think it depends on the location, but if you can stay at a business hotel for the price, I recommend staying near a restaurant area.

Stayed here when traveling to Kochi. The facility is a little run down, but considering the price, it's within an acceptable range. It's kept clean. The room wasn't that big, but it didn't feel like it was enough to open a small carrying case. There is no particular problem. It's a little far from Kochi Station, about a 10-minute walk, but there aren't many shops around the station, and the hotel is reasonably close to the downtown area, so it's convenient. I think you can easily walk to Hirome Market, Harimaya Bridge, etc. There is a convenience store nearby, and there are places to eat within a short walk, so I don't think it will be a big problem as a place to stay. The tram stop is also a few minutes walk away.

The location is convenient, the building is old but the lobby is bright. The breakfast was highly rated, but I didn't try it because it was a Chinese fair.

I always stay here when I go to Kochi. The facilities are not new and shiny, but they are sufficient and I think the price is quite reasonable. It is within walking distance from the station, Hirome, and the limousine bus Hasuikecho-dori.The breakfast buffet is delicious, but there are many cafes in the area that serve delicious morning meals, so I'm always at a loss as to whether to have breakfast.

Single occupancy for 1 night without meals (night stay on September 2024).Although it was a non-smoking reservation, the room was in a building that was not an annex (non-smoking building). The lobby is bright, spacious and beautiful.I usually use relatively old but reasonably priced business rooms, but I was a little surprised at how old the carpet in the hallway was. After that, I was even more shocked by the wallpaper in the room. The wallpaper under the window in the room was sagging. It felt like I had left the windows open on a typhoon day and left the walls wet from the rain. This is my first experience.I knew the room was compact, so I was worried.(it's enough if you just sleep).Judging from everyone's reviews, the room (wallpaper) I rented may have been particularly bad.If it weren't for the dull wallpaper, it would be a normal business hotel with a certain age and would be rated 3 stars. The location was good, and the plumbing was old but clean. No outlet near the bed.
