Highly affordable place with loads of access to many locations. The service makes the stay even more comfortable. Will make sure to come back later.

Good price, good location, the room was okay but the price is a steal. Will recommend for a budget hotel.

Service for girls is not very good, it should be good service, friendly, don't be bitchy like that, please help the boss, if you do the front service, give a friendly smile, like the one who is lazy about working is a girl, if it's for the guys, it's really friendly. This is the part where the girl is served, she's not very friendly even though she's already comfortable sleeping there, but if you can, just change it and tell her to go to the back, it's not suitable to stay in the front, she's not friendly👎🏻

The room is comfortable, the breakfast is pretty good, only the interior of the toilet needs to be upgraded, but overall everything is clean

I had a low rate because I had a bad experience booking 2 nights in Corsica while on holiday in Bandung (I didn't even stay there and I accepted not to be refunded). Hopefully this can be a consideration for potential customers who are concerned about cleanliness, service and comfort.Very strategic location. I deliberately chose this hotel because the location is suitable for culinary delights in the Banda, Dago and surrounding areas. However, if asked for feedback regarding the hotel, I would not recommend this hotel even if I was outside the hotel all day and only stayed when it was time to sleep.Some minus points of this hotel are:1. Several residents in the next room were noisy and no one reprimanded them.2. The room is very unclean. There are no trash cans in the room. The stains in the bathroom were not brushed, the mattress was dirty, the bed sheets were worn, the walls were peeling, the toilet was shaking (not sturdy), there was no hot water, the lift was terrible, the table glass was broken, the mat was dirty and the amenities were poor, the corridor was dirty, the AC was hot, the ventilation was not closed properly so that people from outside can peek in3. It was not previously informed that there are no 'non-smoking rooms' at this hotel. Even though I had stated on Traveloka to prepare non-smoking because I am very intolerant of cigarette smoke. When I was about to sleep, suddenly cigarette smoke came in from the ventilation (the ventilation can be seen in the picture). As sensitive as I am, I immediately called room service and the receptionist to request a room change. Then after waiting quite a long time, the staff came to the front of the room and checked to see if it really smelled of cigarette smoke. After confirming the smell of cigarette smoke, the staff took me to the receptionist. Unfortunately, the staff's response was that they could only move tomorrow afternoon because I was already staying in that room and it was far past the check-in time :)The staff also said that they do not provide non-smoking rooms. When I asked "so what is my solution?", the staff only answered "well what else can we do, we don't have any"I still insisted on getting compensation, but the old staff looked unprofessional and didn't even escalate it to their superiors at all. Very indifferent to me. Honestly, these staff don't have communication skills like employees. Finally, because I was too lazy to argue and already knew the result would be the same, I immediately took all my things and checked out of the hotel without saying a word to the receptionist. Luckily nearby there is the M Pr*miere hotel which is much better.Give up on booking cheap hotels. This was the first time we booked a cheap hotel because we were too focused on culinary places. I really didn't expect to be treated like someone who doesn't matter to the service provider's business. I understand that the price per night is only IDR 200,000. But at least respect the customer and try to provide a win-win solution so that at least I won't be disappointed.Hopefully management will immediately be made aware and make improvements.Thanks.

Great cleanliness and service

So I just want to share a little story for those of you who want to come with friends or family. Honestly, I don't have any intention of bringing this down, but because the service and response from the staff are not good, I don't want you to be fooled by looking at photo reviews on Trav*** * or on Google which is deceptive so come here with your family or friends who have lung disease", so long story short my friend and I came here and wanted to stay 2 days on 8/12 2024 - 8/14 2024 we booked a non-smoking room room because my friend has lung disease" and we booked this room with the hope that this room would not have the smell of cigarette smoke in the room or cigarette smoke from outside coming in but got a different reality. The pillow sheets all smelled of cigarettes, which means this room is not specifically for non-smoking rooms, and we also smelled the smell of cigarettes coming into the room from outside which made our clothes that had only been in there a few moments smell like cigarettes, which meant the ventilation in this room was very bad and disappointing. Our disappointment doesn't stop there. From the photos, maybe you can also see how the condition of the hotel and the rooms are, which are quite dirty in my opinion, maybe those of you who have read up to here are confused, like: "Why don't you just ask to move rooms? Just go to the receptionist and move." it's finished." Maybe some of you think like that, and this is what made me give a bad service rating because the staff's response was not very good, they casually said we couldn't move rooms, and at first we were confused about what to do, they didn't have any intention of following up. up to the boss to help us so that we can at least move rooms and we don't suffer in this room with its smell and filth. And for our own safety and comfort we don't want to argue with the staff and just let it go 2 Tonight, I don't know if that's SOP from the strange management or there is another reason for their response like that. At the end of this story, I feel very disappointed with this hotel, I don't recommend it for those of you who want to vacation with family or with children" because that's what I said above. That really happened, if you still want to try after reading my story, well, maybe I was the one who was unlucky enough to meet irresponsible people and get a bad room, but it's better to think again before booking this place and feeling what I felt, that's all. and Thank You :)

Cheap hotel close to Gedung Sate, Bandung. The room is quite clean. The shower was not satisfactory because the water spray was a bit slow. A bit noisy from the sound of vehicles passing on Jl Supratman.

One of the hotels in the center of Bandung, strategically located and quite quiet even though it is on the side of the main road.Staff are friendly and helpful. There is an elevator available and functioning well. The rooms are comfortable, the toilets are clean and standard towels and toiletries are available. Coffee, tea and mineral water are provided in the room, but what is quite unfortunate is that there is no water heater kettle or hot water dispenser. Indeed, you can ask the attendant for hot water to brew coffee, but it feels less efficient if you have to ask several times.Get fried rice for breakfast, okay.It is quite recommended to stay here.
