The person at the reception was very friendly and kindly asked if I could use the bicycle 🚲 or the washing machine since it was free.As mentioned in the reviews, there is a smell when you enter the entrance, but there are some people fishing, so I wonder if that's the case.The room doesn't smell, and if the price includes breakfast, I have no complaints. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.If I travel again, I would like to stay there again.

Frankly speaking, I do not recommend it.・The moment you enter the building, there is a strong, strange odor that resembles an animal odor.・The air conditioner is not working well, so when I opened the cover and looked at the filter, it was full of dust.・Perhaps the water pipe was old, so when I put it in my mouth while brushing my teeth, it tasted so bad that I spat it out.・To prevent ants from appearing, place sweets in the refrigerator after opening.・The top of the locker is covered in dust, and no visible areas are cleaned.・The water gets hot after a while, but the water in the bathtub is brownish, probably due to iron rust.・The refrigerator/freezer is new and cold, which was the only thing I was grateful for.・Wifi is uselessThe dirt and damage on the wallpaper, and the lack of automatic locking are reasonable for the price, so you can just sleep there without worrying about them, but it's still a pain to have strange smells, water, Wi-Fi, and dust.

Used by parents and children. The building is old and everyone has written about it, so I won't go into it here, but it is a recommended hotel. Wi-Fi, of course, washer and dryer are free, and if you say you're going out by bus for a few hours, the manager will lend you a car (I think it depends on availability), or let you use the shower in your room after snorkeling. Or after checking out!?︎That was also free! During my stay, I felt the warmth of the manager's heart. Thank you very much. I can't come here often, but I think I'll use this place next time. It is highly recommended due to its location, 5 minutes walk from the ferry terminal, and low accommodation costs. This is a hotel that feels like a homely inn, where you can ask for advice if you have any troubles.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. There is a smell inside the hotel as per the reviews, but there is no smell in the room. To be honest, there were also ants and cockroaches in the room. However, considering the view, location, and price, I think it's a good option. If you are dissatisfied with that, you should go to another accommodation. The host is also a very nice person, and if I were to stay on Kumejima, I would choose Garden Hills Kumejima. If you're going to write a review, I think it's better to consider the price before writing a review.

A hotel very close to Kaneshiro Port. It's right next to the port.This winter, when I visited Kumejima for work, I stayed there for a few nights.During the off-season, most of the customers seem to be fishing customers or people working in the port industry. The welcome drink was shochu.It feels more like a business hotel than a resort hotel.The guy at the counter was hard to talk to, but he was a friendly guy, and he lent me the conference room he wasn't using for free, where I could store my equipment.The toilet and bath facilities are a bit old, and the water and hot water supply seems to vary considerably depending on the room.I felt nostalgic, thinking it was like an inn in a developing country I traveled to when I was young.Personally, it's totally OK! It was.If I come to Kumejima again, I will use it again.

From the moment I entered the hotel, I could smell something and it felt old (even inside the room), and I felt disappointed when I checked in, but the person at the front desk was very friendly, so I was left with a better impression. It's good to have restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

This is a slightly older hotel. It's cheap and it's located behind the port, so you can walk there.I'm glad that the guy at the front desk was kind and had a great personality 🎵
