This happens about once a year, and this is the third time.A cozy hot spring pension run by a married couple. The wooden building is well kept and the rooms look nice. The hot spring is in a separate building with two bathtubs, a sleeping bath, and an open-air bath, and the spring quality is carbonated and does not have a sulfur smell.I don't like strong sulfur, so this is perfect for me.The room has a toilet and bathtub. The toilet does not have a washing machine. However, there is a communal toilet on the floor, which is equipped with a washing machine. This place is attractive because of the couple's good customer service and the hot springs, so the food is very good. The main course was fish and meat, but the dishes that started with the appetizers were quite good. What I liked this time was the corn bun.A mash of corn and potatoes with mashed corn and bean paste. The fish was steamed sweetfish, the meat was spare ribs, and the sauce was very delicious. The unique feature of this place is the delicious rice cooked in hot spring water. The same rice was served the next morning, but I was satisfied because I could get a second helping.I left the inn feeling humbled by the polite farewell.Although it may not be called luxurious, it is a sincere accommodation that will capture the hearts of its guests.

It was my first time cooking rainbow trout, and not only was there no smell, but the seasoning of the dish was just delicious🥹💛From the appetizers to the desserts, everything at breakfast was delicious!I wonder if they are a couple? Both of them were very polite and attentive to us, even though we were in our early 20s, and we felt comfortable ☺️The room was also clean! It was quite deep in the mountains, so it was difficult to get a signal, but there was WiFi so it wasn't a problem.Even though it was Golden Week, I was able to soak in the hot springs privately.I live in Fukuoka Prefecture, so I don't think I'll be able to come here very often, but if I have a chance, I'd definitely like to stay here ⭐️

Although it is a pension rather than an inn, the food was delicious and the hot springs were clean, so I was very satisfied.

Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared. The host and hostess were very warm and helpful even though we couldn’t speak Japanese. Our room was 6-tatami size. It is facing the car road.Hot spring was cosy.Overall a very good value for money ryokan!

A typical small hot spring hotel. The prices in Anle Hot Spring Area are much cheaper than those in Miaokian next door.Advantages: The food is delicious, the hot springs are comfortable to soak in, and the price is relatively cheapThere are not many guests and it is quiet and tidy. Service is good.Disadvantages: The room is not big, the bed is not thick enough, and my back hurts when I sleep. The pillow is too small to lie on

The food at all the ryokans is the same, so I chose this one, which had an ayu course. The sweetfish sashimi I had for the first time, the grilled fish with miso instead of grilled with salt, and the deep-fried sweetfish with vegetables were all delicious and satisfying. The bath is also small, but I was able to relax in the hot spring water. The problem is that it is along the national highway, so cars are noisy at night, and the entrance from the national highway is difficult to find.

The food and staff are great. In particular, the steak, spareribs, and cheesecake for dinner were extremely delicious. The location is hard to find, but it's worth going for the food.I would like to stay there next time if my schedule allows.

This is a quiet inn in the mountains with a mountain stream flowing in front of you. The food, hot springs, and service are all wonderful.
