We cultivate wasabi fields using spring water. You can enjoy cherry blossoms, fireflies, and autumn leaves. When I learned how to make wasabi bowl, I learned how to make wasabi and it tasted even better.

I found this shop by chance after seeing a small sign on the road I was walking through for the first time. I followed the signboard and went there, wondering if they were actually doing it. I saw a banner along the street and went in. I was doing it by chance. Originally it was a training camp inn during the season, but I was told that it was open as a restaurant during the off-season. It's a banquet-style dining experience, and you can see the home-grown wasabi fields outside the window. The shop staff kindly explained that wasabi is grown in spring water. They don't grow a lot of it, so they only serve it as part of the restaurant's meals. Wasabi rice and handmade soba set 1500 yenGrate the wasabi yourself before eating. The soft spiciness was perfect for the wasabi rice🍚. The soba noodles were also homemade soba noodles, so they were delicious. It's not spicy even if you put wasabi in soba noodles. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the staff were polite and kind, so I was able to enjoy my meal slowly. I think the price is reasonable too.
