◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆Local residents and campground managers clean, maintain, and manage the roads leading to the campground.Thank you very much for showing me the beautiful scenery. 🙇‍♀️✨◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆[A campsite where you can enjoy the inconvenience to your heart's content]A campsite surrounded by a rich natural forest, where you can spend a comfortable time under simple management, eliminating as much man-made waste as possible.◼️Only those who love nature as a whole can enjoy a comfortable stay here.Insects 🐝🪰 are common. Wildlife & Darnie are friends.◼️I will tell you first that it is definitely not suitable for those who are used to staying at a campsite empty-handed.●Let's avoid adding to the concerns of local residents.--------------------- *2024 first half record📱au seems to be stable for now. (Near the campsite) Due to the complex terrain, the radio waves may become unstable locally. It is best not to rely too much on transmission and reception until you reach the destination from a major road.◼︎◾︎Assumptions when making an emergency call◾︎◼︎*You must make the emergency call yourself in case of an emergency.*We have confirmed that the radio waves may become unstable depending on the weather. In times of instability, it may lead to cases outside of our jurisdiction.*Please be aware that it may take more than 3 hours (more?) for the ambulance to arrive.*Even with an emergency helicopter, it is better to assume that the person making the call will have to travel on their own to the landing site.If you are a beginner climbing mountain, please take a look at the map of this area and you will see that the contour lines are quite narrow and most of the slopes are steep.I think it's better to think of it as vertical rock climbing rather than mountain climbing. There are signs posted at the entrance to the mountain trail warning that ``You won't receive a signal unless you get to the top or around the ridge.''The surface of the mountain is delicate and slippery.I hope you don't get hurt. Stay safe.📱💻There is no online reservation system.*That's the best. It felt like I was freed from the shackles of the internet.*Current management is entrusted to the local government. With the cooperation of local people, they seemed to be managing the property while going about their daily lives. The road leading to the destination is not littered with trash, and it is pleasant to see that it is not ornate. On weekdays, due to road maintenance, there are detailed road closure regulations with designated times. The traffic conditions are the same for locals.*Road construction sections are updated daily. The road is narrow no matter which way you go.*This is a daily life road for local people. The road continues to curve along the terrain. It was a wonderful place ^^Each section is large and there are only a few sections, so I was able to spend my time relaxing without worrying about my surroundings.I had a very luxurious time. The scenery was perfect and the air was very delicious lolIt was a time when there were a lot of fallen leaves, but a female staff member was working hard to clean by herself. The toilet is also spotless and clean from top to bottom!I definitely want to go again.

I rented a parking lot and a restroom to go to Pakkun Rock. Parking lot costs 210 yen.The toilet was new and clean.Mt. Hokodake looks beautiful and is very quiet. It's nice that each auto campsite has a stove space (^^)The manager seemed kind and I would like to come camping next time.

Although it is not used as a campsite, I went to climb Mt. Hokodake from the parking lot here. There are many parking lots and it is convenient. However, the road up to this point is narrow and steep, so it was difficult to get there.

Probably one of the best camp grounds I have been to in the Kyushu area. The campground is always clean with ample space for tent, tarp and other camping equipment. You can enjoy splashing around in crystal clear waters from the two rivers or explore the surrounding area on the hiking courses. There are no showers but the bathroom is always kept very clean by the lovely owners who the friendliest people you will meet.

Sorry for not being able to use the campsite. It's great because you can use this as your base to explore the surrounding mountains! In particular, the presence of Mt. Hokodake is overwhelming. Also, it's so cool to see Pakkun Rock and the seasonal Atsukinoki.
