The two of us drove here in mid-May and it rained heavily. Fortunately, the free parking lot is behind the house. We waited at the door for almost 20 minutes before someone opened the door, which was the only drawback. We were the only ones staying that day, so we felt very free and spacious. There were many supplies in the public area, including TVs, comfortable guest chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, boradgame, and even Go, so we could relax. The highlight is that there are upright hot and cold rooms. A water dispenser and paper cups are provided, so you don’t have to boil water yourself, which is better than a hotel. The bathroom and toilet are separate. If other rooms are occupied, they need to be shared. Toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. are provided. You need to change the sheets and pillowcases in the room by yourself. The advantage is that you can check whether the sheets are clean under the sheets before putting them on.Overall, I am very satisfied. It is clean. There is a supermarket nearby, a pharmacy next to it, and a parking lot behind. I have stayed in five hotels and like this one the most for its comfort and tranquility.I forgot to take pictures first, so the room was a bit messy, but it was actually very tidy when we arrived😆

An old folk house guesthouse located close to Makurazaki Station.Contrary to its image as an old folk house, it is kept very clean. This time, I was tired from a long trip, so I stayed in a single room, so I was able to stay calm and have the same feeling as a hotel. The common space has a stylish feel, and I enjoyed spending time reading books on the chairs by the window.

The interior is so clean that you can't believe it's an old folk house. The manager was very friendly and easy to talk to, which helped me a lot. There are restaurants and supermarkets near the station, so it's convenient.

It's located in front of Makurazaki City Hall, so it's very convenient. The old house has been renovated, but it feels very clean.

It was very close to Makurazaki Station and had good access. The interior was clean because it was a renovated old house and had just opened. There was a verandah and a garden, which was very relaxing ^^ It seems that the manager sometimes decides how to spend the night depending on the guests staying that day, and on the day I stayed, everyone brought food and shared the space. I had lunch at 🍚There's a supermarket and Seria nearby, which is an advantage!!The manager is a really nice person and puts the guests first, so I think it's a place where travelers can make wonderful memories. I did.

I was able to come by limousine bus from Kagoshima Airport. The interior was very clean and well-maintained, and it was very comfortable.I stayed in a private room with a lock, and it seemed like they had recently installed a full-length mirror, so it was comfortable. There are many pubs and cafes nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding a meal. There is also a supermarket within a 5 minute walk.Good location and cost performance, highly recommended ☺️

A guesthouse renovated from an old house that is over 100 years old! I enjoyed my entire stay as traces of time remained everywhere. It was very close to Makurazaki Station and the surrounding scenery was nice. The young host is also friendly 👍

kotokoto connects individualsKagoshima Prefecture... Or rather, Makurazaki Station is the closest station on the Honshu JR Line🚃 It's an unexplored area where you can get on 3 trains a day from Kagoshima Chuo Station. A guest house opened there in 2022, so I went there!Within a 5-minute walk through a residential area, there is an old folk house that is over 100 years old. It looks old from the outside, but the inside has been beautifully renovated and feels like a new building! However, it has become a new private house, with old materials being used here and there. The inn has one dormitory that can accommodate up to three people and one private room that can accommodate up to two people. They have movable beds so they can accommodate any situation.I want people to know about the restaurants in Makurazaki, and I want people to try them, so I don't have a kitchen where I can cook my own meals. It's such a relaxing and relaxing town that you'll feel like it's a waste to stay just for one night. I thought it was similar to Katsuura in the Kanto region! There is also a co-working space called ``OSOTO'' where SnowPeak gear is lined up right across the road. Telework is not a problem.5 minutes walk from Makurazaki Station170 minutes by train from Kagoshima Chuo Station (3 trains/day)2 hours by bus from Kagoshima Airport

This is a very nice accommodation! It looked like an old folk house that had been remade, and I felt like I wanted to live here. I would like to thank the manager for his wonderful smile, kindness, and kind response. We would love to stay again.
