The meal was very sumptuous and the room was totally unacceptable. The room door is an iron door that children cannot push. The bathroom is moldy, the dressing table is stained, and there is a hair dryer but no socket.

Room was the most expensive one for my trip. Hotel and its furnishings are old but everything else is satisfactory. Requested a western room with sea view but view was partial because of the low floor. Otherwise the view at the 7th floor open bath is breathtaking. Breakfast is a steal at ¥1100 with many dishes. Still worth a drive up the mountain for a good night’s stay. There are no shops nearby so be sure to stock up although there are the usual vending machines for beer and drinks.

After making a reservation, I was a little worried after reading reviews about poor cleaning and poor customer service, but I went there, but nothing like that happened and the customer service was pleasant. Cleanliness is also thorough from top to bottom. The hot springs are also great! If you're going to stay here, it's definitely better to stay with meals included!Very large quantity and very delicious!I will definitely come again!

Adults... 3 people and elementary school lower grade... 1 personI have used it.You can feel the Showa era in a hotel style. When I checked in, the building was old, soI can feel a bad smell.Room... pretty cleanI'm concerned about the slight differenceUsed a Japanese-style room...The futon was very thin.My body hurtsThe food... it was so luxurious I couldn't finish it all.The sashimi was also big (lol)Lower grades also eat the same meals as adults (prices included)Might be easier during the holidays

Since I was on a poor pilgrimage, I stayed overnight without meals. There is nothing at Cape Ashizuri, so you have to carry food on your back. However, the view from the window was amazing!

The toilet and bath are tiled and have sewage? There is a smell and I don't like it.I wonder if something can be done? The room is old, but the tatami mats are clean and it is kept well cleaned. The stairs and hallways are old (^◇^;)The public bath is not very large, but it is there. There are many dishes and they are delicious.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was disappointed. The exterior looked okay, but there was a lot of dust inside, and people were grumbling as if it was the customer's fault for their own mistakes. Is it my fault? When I asked him that, he ran away without saying anything. Is it family run?The management should check the rooms themselves. The inside of the closet is rotting, there are holes in it, and there's a lot of dust. It's hard to have the same breakfast every time.
