The room and public bath are spacious, but the restaurant space is small and the seats next to each other are close together. It seems like there are a lot of older people and repeaters, so their voices are loud, so you can easily hear the conversations around them, and there are no visual partitions, so it's very noisy and unsettling. At dinner time, the seasonal kaiseki course was served at the same speed as a family restaurant, but the dishes that were supposed to be served were forgotten and skipped, and the style of opening the lids of hot pots by yourself was unexpected. I laughed bitterly when I saw that the Chardonnay Sparkling had ice in it. At the breakfast table, someone else took my seat even though there was a sign saying ``Mealing in progress.'' I also saw some people insisting on a window seat even though it was explained that the window seat was occupied. I'm tired of being in the same space.Even when I was in my room, I could hear the door opening and closing, conversations in other rooms, couples fighting, and the crying of a small child. Although there was no problem with the cleanliness of the room, I was concerned that there was a lot of dust in the public bath, small pieces of debris had fallen, and the soles of my feet were dirty after taking a bath.It was a different experience than usual. The building, rooms, and facilities were adequate, but the contents just didn't match.

I had accumulated points on the reservation site, and I also wanted to soak in a hot spring, so I made a reservation in a hurry. The building has an undeniable old feel, and there were flies flying in the washroom (bathroom) of the room. The problem was that the temperature was high that day and the curtains were left open, so when I tried to turn on the air conditioner, the air conditioner was on heating and only gave out warm air.I think it can't be helped if the entire building is air conditioned, but I wish it would at least adjust to the temperature. When I asked the front desk about how hot it was, they lent me a fan and I was able to spend a comfortable time afterwards. The view from the room was great, and the cherry blossoms in the nearby park were in full bloom at night, so I enjoyed taking a walk. There are not many electrical outlets in the room, and there are none next to the bed, so if you sleep while using your smartphone, you may need an extension cord. The hot springs are tepid and a little hot, but comfortable.
