Breakfast starts at 7:15The public bath cannot be used normally.There is not much information on the website regarding the use of the facilities within the building, nor is there any guidance when making a reservation over the phone.Even when I talk to the owners locally, they only think about business convenience, and there is no way to think from the customer's perspective.It's even starting to open up again.worst!

An inn that doesn't care about how its guests feel・The room is dirty, especially the bathroom.・Despite this, the public bath listed on the website is also unavailable.- Leaving customers unattended even if the fire alarm goes off.I thought I'd just laugh about the dirt and not being able to take a bath, but after 10pm the fire alarm went off and I jumped up, I didn't give evacuation guidance even though I hadn't confirmed that it was safe, and the fire alarm went off. I didn't hear anything even after the plane stopped ringing, so I called to ask if I should evacuate, and the reply I received was, ``It seems like the steam alarm in the guest room's bathroom caused a malfunction.'' There was no sense of sincerity or safety awareness in the responses, and I was horrified to wonder what would have happened if there had really been a fire.They didn't notify us that the bath could not be used, and they didn't contact us about the malfunction. They probably don't even think about how the customers will receive it. This is the first time I've been to an inn that shows so little interest in its guests. I don't want to go there again.Up until now, I had no intention of writing a bad review on Google Maps, but since this could be life-threatening, I decided to write a review with a 1 rating this time.Added on 2023.11.29Today, I received a refund by registered mail along with an apology letter. The apology letter is for the following incident that occurred during the stay on November 18th.Regarding stains, we updated the fittings and reviewed the staffing for cleaning.Regarding the fact that the large public bath was different from the description on the website and could not be used, the content posted on the website will be revised. (Unrevised as of 11/29)Regarding the fact that even though the fire alarm went off, there was no evacuation guidance or follow-up communication, we revised the manual for when a fire occurs and provided thorough education.That's what I was told.We do not intend for those who view only the complaints without including any follow-up responses to avoid staying at our hotel, so we will include the follow-up responses as a basis for decision-making.

I've been using it for business trips since last year, and the amount of dinner I get is so large that I end up feeling full.The owner of the inn is also very friendly and nice.

The bathroom is large.

The Japanese-style room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large public bath is also large and beautiful! I would like to use it again because the price is cheap! !
