[October 2024] Great points: Hygienic and clean hotel, natural hot springs, warm and courteous customer service at the front desk, free drink lounge where you can take your food with you, activities that address environmental issues, delicious bakery downstairs and convenient. What a pharmacy! The amenities and pillow options are small, but the room is small, but you can easily fit two large suitcases.Negatives: It's a bit far from the station, the wait time for the elevators (2) is long, and there is no collection box for wet towels from the hot springs, so you have to take them back to your room. The room is small, but it can accommodate two large suitcases!

The hotel was better than I expected! Thank you for your help. thank you very much.First of all, I was impressed with the check-in process at the front desk. They sent me a package, but even though I didn't say anything, they informed me that it had arrived and started preparing it. They treated me with great care, and I was able to spend a comfortable time until the end.The room was compact yet easy to use. I used it with my family. It was nice that the child couldn't easily fall off the bed, but it was also helpful that there were 4 chairs and a table. It's a location that requires a bit of courage for a woman to stay alone. It was a little scary to walk around the area even with my family, but the hotel is a very safe space.Umbrellas were provided at the entrance on the 1st floor, and I was able to use them in the rain, which was very helpful. There is such a service! There were a lot of them. The welcome drink service from 17:00 to 20:00 was also very nice as it gave us time to relax. The 4th floor ladies floor was also safe. You can rest assured that the password for the women's bathhouse is changed regularly. Although the bath was small, it was often empty so I didn't have any problems. The room is equipped with a cell phone charger, Saronia hair dryer, etc. Isn't there any water? When I thought about it, I also received water during the eco stay without cleaning during consecutive nights.I'm happy with the abundance of amenities, and the view from the room is nice, so I have no complaints.'Oh, is that even okay? There were a lot of things like '.Thank you for giving me sweets when I return my unused toothbrush. This hotel has great service.thank you very much!

It was a hassle to go to the front desk to get amenities and pajamas. Other than that, it's a normal business hotel.

Let’s summarize first: first-class facilities and third-rate service attitudeThere is nothing wrong with the room itself. There are plenty of supplies that you can pick up for yourself. You can even choose pillows. There are actually hotels in downtown Tokyo where you can soak in hot springs. These are great. But I really don't understand what's wrong with their serviceThe following are the problems I encountered1. When I explain the hotel to foreigners, I just talk casually. But on the other hand, when I talk to Japanese people next to me, I take them directly and explain one by one what amenities and pillows are available. Did we pay less? It should be basic to explain these things in English. I even listened to another service staff next to me explaining to Japanese customers that I knew where these things were and where the pajamas were🙄2. After checking out, I wanted to call a taxi because of the large amount of luggage, but it was difficult to call an uber. I wanted to ask the counter if they could help us get off the bus, or we could pay in cash. After saying "あ、わかりました"", he took us directly to the public phone on the hotel floor next to us and asked us to call ourselves☺️ I have stayed in so many hotels around the world and none of them have this kind of garbage level service.3. Just when we were stuck in trying to get a ride, we decided to continue waiting for Uber.I heard someone calling the front desk, and the front desk staff responded directly with "No English, sorry."After hanging up the phone, the three front desk staff were laughing in Japanese about what had just happened. Although I can't communicate fluently in Japanese, at least I can have a basic conversation to a slightly advanced one.I can't stand a hotel that allows its service staff to treat their jobs with such a low attitude.

It was clean and very nice! There is also a women-only floor, so it might be good for women.Men are prohibited, so you won't be able to enter! There is also a coin laundry on the women's floor, so it might be easier to wash your clothes since there are no men around.

The space in the 2-person room is very small, and it is difficult to put 2 large suitcases! But it is about a ten-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station. The hotel staff has good service. There are restaurants, beauty pharmacies, and supermarkets around the hotel. It is a very suitable accommodation hotel for travel and shopping.

Had a great stay in this hotel. Room is small but typical what you get for the range of budget in Japan.Really nice area, walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Also nice to have your last stop at ikebukuro station as usually many small shops in the station area offering local delicacies. The staffs we’ve met were helpful, offering us umbrella and assisting us with luggage transfer to another city.Cleanliness in the room can be improved but overall great stay!

Although I was staying alone this time, there was a women-only floor and a bathing facility controlled by a password, so I was able to enjoy the natural hot springs with peace of mind. The customer service was good, and the room was a good size and comfortable.I would like to use it again when I go to Ikebukuro.
