I used this service with a preconception that what was written in the reviews was true.I had a good impression of the woman at the reception, but my impression of the man was...it would be great if the customer service was a little more hospitable.

On the way, I was hit by a light truck.He was so persistent that I let him go first.When I arrived at the campsite, I saw the light truck.It turned out he was the owner.Not only that, but as others have said, he has a dirty mouth and a way of saying things from above.It's a shame because it's a nice campsite.I don't think I'll use it anymore.

I love this campsite and have been using it for nearly 20 years, but to be honest, I've been disappointed since the company changed hands a few years ago.・Owner? The person who seemed to be interested in me asked me about it during the first meeting before the reception.・The number of trash cans has been reduced from one at each site to only one in front of the reception desk, which is inconvenient.-The site is filthy with many cigarette butts, what appears to be animal skeletons, and fishing garbage.- There is a cone placed in the middle of the entrance to the campsite, and there is a rule that every time you leave, you must dodge the cone and return it to the original position. This itself is troublesome, but even though there are staff at the reception during business hours, they turn a blind eye when customers come in and out. I don't feel good when I am treated like this even though I am paying the usage fee.・At night, there are fireworks after 9:30pm and people playing music and chatting until around 11pm, which is quite insane. I think even though Instagram says to follow the rules, the management in that area is lax. I would like people to go around the area during the peak season.The cost of lodging has increased by 400 to 500 yen from before, and it now costs 700 yen for children under 3 years old, but the quality of service has deteriorated.I don't like the feeling of being nice only to my relatives and regulars.It was easier to use before. I don't think I will continue to go there unless the outsourcing company changes.

Stayed for one night on the lawn site in September.There were a lot of family campgrounds, probably due to the nature of the campsite on the riverbank.Even after the date changed and it was midnight, people were still cleaning up, not paying attention to their surroundings, talking, making bonfires, and making rattling noises.The next day, I checked with the facility staff, and they explained that it was not prohibited and that if you were concerned about the noise, you could re-pit your tent on the riverbank.When I looked at the instruction manual, it did say that you should refrain from shouting after 10pm, but there were no restrictions on quiet time or lights, and it was a campsite where you could spend your time as you liked as long as you didn't make any noise.Recommended for those who want to drink and talk with friends until the morning, or those who want to have a bonfire all the time without worrying about the time!On the other hand, it is definitely not recommended for people who want to go to bed by 10pm like at a regular campsite, or for people who want to spend a quiet time in nature as a solo duo. There are no time rules, and there are no staff members, so if there is even one such person nearby, it is over. It's a campsite where you can win lol

I was scared when I saw the bad reviews, but the female employee was also a very nice person and provided very good service, so I didn't notice the bad attitude in the slightest as mentioned in the reviews. I think he would probably never call the police if he was doing the common sense thing. I can't believe the bad reviews.

Stayed here while recently hiking the Kumano Kodo. It was nice to have a river nearby to swim in. The water is extremely clean. It was a peaceful two days of relaxing before we got back on the trail. The camp hosts are also amazing!!
