Even though I canceled my reservation, I was charged a cancellation fee. Additionally, I received an email with the wrong name. |My parents' home is in Sasebo, and I often visit there. I used it quite often. …

The room is large and comfortable, able to spread out all your bags. There is a sofa area as well. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub to soak in the water. A room this size is considered larger than general Japanese standards. The price is not expensive, 14,000 yen including breakfast for 2 people. I think it's acceptable. The location is still in locations that can be walked to the shopping street here within 5 minutes. It is an area of shops, restaurants, convenience stores.Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

It's close to the station and the customer service is good, but unfortunately the room smelled of cigarettes even though I had booked a non-smoking room.

It was a comfortable hotel. The bath was spacious, and even though it was on the 12th floor, the shower pressure was perfect.Amenities are also available. There are many restaurants nearby, and the hotel restaurant also had a buffet at night.

I stayed in a twin room for one night. Especially since it is a business hotel, I have high expectations.I didn't do it, but the room was bigger than I expected and the cleaning was good.I'm glad it was.For ice, you need to go to the second floor with an ice bucket, and when you go there,In addition to beverage vending machines, there are laundry facilities, microwave ovens, etc., making it a business.Service typical of a hotel. I think there was also cup ramen?Breakfast was at the restaurant on the first floor and was quite delicious. There were various thingsThe most delicious one was the Nagasaki mandarin orange juice. Usually so muchI don't drink it, but I did get a refill. The location is close to a shopping street, so it's easy to eat and shop. It's convenient because it's within walking distance to tourist facilities. The overall impression is that of a city hotel, but as for the service.Bring the necessary amenities from the front desk at check-in.The hotel is designed to be more efficient and has the impression of a business hotel.

Sadly one of the not so good hotel during this trip to Kyushu. Hotel room wasnt cold. Aircon had some issue. Sent technicians. Told me its working. Needed time to "warm up" the aircon. Like hello, theres no air coming out from the vents. Nvm about that. Internet was slow. Room table was decorated with many cotton buds. Only 1 power point located on the table. None by the beds and elsewhere. Ameneties were lacking. No convenience store with 100M radius. Hotel is patronised mostly by Americans.
