Neat and well-maintained rooms with everything available. Right price. Possibly larger rooms available? The cupboard space is absent, which happens more often in Japan.

I stayed here for one night. The room is small but clean. Considering the hotel's standard and nearby options, the price is quite reasonable. One thing to note is that, unlike most hotels in Japan, they are unable to assist with shipping your luggage. Instead, they suggest visiting a convenience store to handle the shipping yourself. If you're traveling to multiple destinations in Japan and planning to travel hands-free, this might pose a challenge.

The hotel is relatively new and the interior is beautiful. Although it's a little far from Ikebukuro Station, it might be a good place to stay at a reasonable price. The room is a little small, so it might be difficult to pack your suitcase.

Perfect for short business trips. Rooms are functional, clean, and well equipped. The hotel was easy accessible and some nice places to eat are just 5min walk away.

Basically, it was so clean and nice!!He was friendly and spoke good English, so there was no problem communicating, the soundproofing was good, and overall, I am very satisfied with this price and this condition! The location is a bit far from the station, but not that far, and the convenience store is close, so it was nice :)

From the Ikebukuro West Exit, take the underground passage towards Rikkyo University. It takes about 10-15 minutes on foot with a carrier. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Since I was using it for business, the price was relatively cheap and OK. If you are staying multiple nights, you will need to request room cleaning and towel replacement, so if you are interested, please don't forget to ask at the front desk.

They were very kind and polite.I used it for my son's entrance exam, so each child had a separate room.Initially, I booked a room on a different floor due to a different date, but they changed me to a room next door and I was able to use it with peace of mind.Also,Due to the sudden bad weather, we arrived early.Please check in two hours early.I was also able to extend my check-out by 2 hours, which was very helpful.

10-15 minutes walk from Ikebukuro StationIt's the toilet in my room, but when I close the lid, there are yellow water stains on the surface of the lid.I don't know how, but it's clearly a splatter of urine from someone who used it before.The mattress on the bed is a cheap one with few coils, and if you sit too hard, you will bottom out on the bed. I get a lot of back pain.

The location is closer to Kaname town than Ikebukuro, but the price is reasonable and the room facilities are nice and clean. The staff are mostly Asian, but there are no problems with communication, and I think they provide all the necessary services for a business hotel. It was convenient as there were many convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
