Arrived earlier than check-in time.A staff member saw me and came running over."You can park near the entrance," I was told. While my husband parked the car again, I went to the lobby first. The beautiful Japanese garden (it's so large that there isn't even a single leaf falling, which is a charm. If it were a five-star hotel, I would have said "hmm?").The staff was taking care of it early the next morning! Thank you for your hard work early in the morning!) I sat down and checked in.Enjoy a pleasant welcome with matcha-infused water yokan and tea.The inside of the building is probably quite old.The building was renovated to accommodate groups from the Showa era.・Locking the guest roomThe heavy door at the entrance to the guest room (it's more like a door of an old multi-tenant building with a renovated front) is locked using the old toilet method (pushing the button on the inside of the round doorknob). . It was nostalgic. If you're used to auto-locking, it makes you think for a moment. But you get used to it.・RoomThe interior is suitable for the price, butIn this day and age of soaring prices, I was satisfied with the spacious room considering I was staying for one night and two meals. We were a couple, so we felt very relaxed.・BathThe men's and women's baths change daily, so I went to both immediately after arriving and the next morning. (There is also a private bath)I go to hot spring inns and drop-in baths in various places,I feel like things are being done properly here.If there were no fallen leaves or weeds in the open-air bath, it would be 100 points. There are two types of shampoo, conditioner, and body shampoo, and facial cleansing foam is also available in the bath. We also have makeup remover, lotion, and emulsion from Sekkisei, hair dryers (SALONIA), cotton swabs, hairbrushes, and shower caps.I appreciate that bath towels and towels are provided.・MealsWorth the price. We enjoyed local cuisine made with local ingredients. My impression is that there were a lot of sweet things for me. I don't know if this region is sweet or the chef is sweet. I was able to eat something different than usual.・OverviewI've had a lot of failures in Hakone and Izu in the same price range, and considering that business hotels in rural areas without meals are quite expensive, this one wasn't too crowded and had a good feel, so I had a good impression. .Depending on the inn, uh, this price for this content? ? However, in a good sense, I was satisfied with the price and the price.

The Japanese Kaiseki cuisine was carefully prepared and very delicious. The hot springs also have an open-air bath, so you can relax. The facility also has a calm atmosphere, so I hope that they will put more effort into employee training and improve their quality.-A male employee dragged an extra chair from the breakfast room to a corner, then kicked it with his foot and lined it up against the wall.•Multiple Nakai-san marked 🔰 because the collar of their kimono has fallen apart and cannot be repaired.-A male hotel employee wearing a happi coat has a long chat at an acquaintance's dining table. All the employees were smiling and showing no malice, so I felt bad that they weren't taught that such behavior degraded their dignity.By the way, they usually only provide one bedding, so we recommend requesting two bedding when you check in. My back hurt and it was difficult.

The inside of the hotel and the rooms have been renovated and are clean and neat. Although it is located along the Chikuma River, the large public bath and open-air bath are surrounded by a fence, so it is a shame that there is no view. I wish it was on the top floor. Dinner is a kaiseki meal at a restaurant. It was very delicious. Breakfast was a buffet, and I was satisfied with local specialties such as sweetfish, carp, oyaki, yams, and mushrooms.

The rooms are a little old, but I think they are well maintained and kept clean. The dinner course menu has a large selection, and the morning buffet is also satisfying. If the staff greets you with a smile, you will want to use the hotel again.
