It was surprisingly good! In addition to bathing facilities, there is also a souvenir shop integrated with accommodation and a convenience store, and there is also a separate restaurant! The price is a little high at 950 yen, but you can get a 200 yen discount coupon by registering as a LINE friend. The quality of the spring water is nothing special, but there are two types of saunas: binchotan charcoal sauna and hot spring mist sauna. The cold bath and open-air bath have reclining seats. There are a variety of chairs and folding areas to lie down on.Also, the menu at the restaurant is quite extensive and the taste is not bad, but the kamameshi for the kamameshi gozen that I ordered that day was not cooked and was sticky. ) The taste is not bad!*Business hoursWeekdays 11:00-23:00Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 7:00-23:00*Adults (junior high school students and above) 950 yenChildren (4 years old and older) 550 yenFree for children under 3 years old*Shampoo and body soap providedIndoor bath, open-air bath, hot spring bath, binchotan charcoal sauna, hot spring mist sauna, cold spring bath, cold spring hot spring bath, etc.*Free parking available, smoking area, vending machines, rest area, comic corner, restaurant*Restaurant MansaiBusiness hoursWeekdays 11:00-14:30, 17:00-21:30Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 11:00-21:30*Other private baths available (reservation required)Next door is a souvenir shop combined with a convenience store, and next to that is Ayu Chaya (restaurant), and next to that is a lodging facility!*You can receive great coupons by registering on LINE!

The good and bad points of the day trip hot springs that I didn't notice even though I had passed by many times are clear. You get 200 yen off by registering on the line, the equipment is clean, the main bath soda and the cold tank next to it are good, and the effects are easy to understand. First of all, the Kishu Binchotan charcoal sauna is the best in the prefecture. The bad points are ① the open-air bath. It feels liberating, but I don't feel like the plants next to me are falling in. The area where I lie down is on clean tatami mats, but they can't be washed and smell like people used them before. ② Etiquette for bathers: Although they don't mind shouting, there are a lot of people in Wakayama, especially elderly people, who just dip their towels in the bathtub without any hesitation. It is not seen in Osaka or other prefectures, but there are many in Wakayama. Wakayama is characterized by its open-mindedness, for better or for worse.

There are no problems with the environment or service. However, private conversation in the sauna is noisy.I can forgive it if it's just a greeting, but it's just a nuisance if they make small talk.We don't want old people who can't abide by the warning, ``Please refrain from conversation as much as possible'', from entering the building. It's just unpleasant. If you want to talk, I want you to talk outside. Please take measures.

I use the sauna for a variety of reasons, but I think the sauna manners of the regulars other than first-timers are wonderful.Everyone is an expert in how to take care of space, how to use the water bath, how to use the bamboo logs, etc. 😁

The alternating baths in Hikari no Yu are truly the best. The tatami mats with good conductors and ample space are also very nice!It was good that the latest manga was properly placed.

Sauna is the best bath. This is probably the only place in Wakayama Prefecture that has an authentic rocky sauna with an autorolly.

The open-air bath was a little small, but it felt relaxing. The indoor bath had hot and cold baths, a separate cold bath with slightly deeper water, a sauna, and a hot spring sauna, which were unusual. The hot spring sauna felt like a sauna with a moderate temperature, allowing you to sweat slowly, and it felt more like a bedrock bath.I thought the ingredients of the food were good, but I felt it was a little expensive.
