I'm glad I was able to go from the station without getting wet even in the rain. The cafe decoration in front of the front desk was Halloween style😃

I used it at a live performance at Saitama Super Arena. It's also the best three-dimensionally♪The room was also clean. However, the drain in the bathtub seemed to be clogged, which was the only disappointment.

I am very grateful that you were able to reserve a room again even though I had mistakenly remembered the date of your stay due to lack of confirmation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.I have heard on YOUTUBE that the breakfast is delicious, so next time I stay, I would like to take a more leisurely time and enjoy breakfast.thank you

Visited for lunch. I was very satisfied with the luxurious course meal at an affordable price. It's amazing that you can get unlimited refills of coffee and Japanese tea.

While staying at accommodations for 200 nights a year, both in Japan and overseas, I felt that the customer service manners of the middle-aged male staff at various metropolitan locations were extremely poor!I can't help but smile at the young staff who are trying their best to do their jobs even though they are not used to it, and I want to cheer them on, but I am taken aback by the unfriendly attitude of the middle-aged male staff and their lack of greetings. When I went to the counter for some business, a young female staff member was there to help me.A male staff member in his mid-40s with all-back hair and wearing glasses was working while looking at a computer. The service worker didn't look at me or say hello. There is a lack of proper manners.I guess I can at least say hello...good morning. Hello. ... etc., isn't it the basics of being a human being before the service industry? Can't you do something like this?If you're going to waste your time and serve customers with a half-hearted title and a cross-legged position, you should quit.Once again, I want you to remember the mindset you had when you first got a job. You shouldn't forget your initial intentions! As I have mentioned in the past, I am very disappointed that there is no trend of improvement. If this is a perfunctory response that only describes things that are not followed, then this is also truly regrettable. The music played by the background music of the player piano is annoying, and the sound of the keyboard being played feels like noise, rather than the selection of music you would listen to in the morning. The volume is also large.I wonder if it's possible to choose a quieter melody such as healing or classical music?

I had some business to go to Saitama City, so I stayed there the day before after work. Located in front of Saitama Shintoshin Station, it is very convenient. After breakfast, I took a walk around the area. The room was also comfortable. The staff is very responsive. I had a great time.

I stayed here during an event at Saitama Super Arena.Since it was my first time going there, I wanted to stay somewhere close to the arena, so I made a reservation 3 months in advance. It was a plan to stay without meals, but I'm satisfied ^^The room was clean and I could see Saitama-Shintoshin Station and Cocoon City from the window!I didn't have any trouble eating as there was Keyaki Hirobaya and Cocoon City. The hotel breakfast room was smaller than I expected. There are no particular concerns and the location is very good, so I would like to stay there again when I go for an event *ˊᵕˋ*
