I visited in late March.As others have written, it's a scenic place, but on the other hand, it's in the countryside and there are stink bugs.There are no convenience stores or bars. The small pachinko parlor has gone out of business, and there is a drink vending machine nearby. It is a quiet fishing village when it is not the swimming season.The building is old and cannot be called clean, but the toilets have been renovated to the latest style and the tatami mats are new. Cleanliness is thorough. I took a bath at a nearby super public bath (about 15 minutes by car) (natural hot spring, 650 yen for adults), so I'm not sure.However, the friendliness of the management couple and the exquisite relationship they have with the guests more than makes up for any negative points. Not too close, not too far, and attentive enough to reach the itchy areas.And the food is great. The dish in the photo is the basic puffer fish dish with the addition of Echizen crab and abalone (advance reservation), but I ended up ordering too much and ended up eating as if I were training myself, and I was so full that not a single grain of rice went down my throat. (Laughs) My companion praised it, saying, "It's the best food I've ever had in my life."It may be appropriate to describe it as a guesthouse with the highest quality cuisine, which is completely different from a luxury hotel. Not suitable for those looking for facilities. I think it's perfect for those looking for customer service and food.

Located on the Tsunegami Peninsula, which has a wonderfully beautiful scenery, the food is exquisitely delicious.This elegant inn is not just an ordinary guest house or inn, but a stately and famous family that has passed down the old man's Noh mask "Chichi-no-jo" [a cultural property designated by Mikata Town] from generation to generation. .It was a special trip where you could feel the history and geography first hand.Regardless of whether it's summer or not, the carefully prepared seasonal seafood dishes will leave you impressed no matter when you visit.Therefore, we gave it a high rating.remarksThis is the first guesthouse in Mikata-cho that started serving blowfish dishes, and they also accept home delivery of blowfish.
