July 2024Very bad location, far from the center, 17 minutes from a subway station that allows you to go to the center of Kyoto. The room is huge, it has absolutely everything, even a hot tub with lights.Breakfast is served in the room, the food is good but scarce. There are several snacks to grab for free.

I know it's good because I used it often.but!Even though the free time is longer, there is no cleaning staff, so even if the room is empty when the free time starts, you cannot use it.I do not get it.However, she didn't look apologetic and just said, ``There's no one to clean.''I don't know. After doing that, I had 13 hours of free time! I told them not to put it out.So if you want to attract customers, why not consider shifting the cleaning staff? All the employees are nice people and the rooms are nice, but the person in charge here has a bad attitude.I think it would be a good idea to have some serious training.

I saw just one outdoor spa and made a reservation!I had to take a taxi from Kyoto Station for 10 to 15 minutes, so at first I thought, “I took it for no reason,” and thought I should catch somewhere else now, but it was already too late. When it arrived, all my worries disappeared and I loved it so much!!! Overall, the service was very good, and breakfast was delivered to the room at the time you wanted, with the food you wanted? It was nice that they delivered the same thing. The staff were all friendly and I didn't feel like I was lacking anything.Although the location is not good for travelers, the hotel itself was very satisfactory!!I couldn't find a taxi, so I was wondering what to do, but luckily, another passenger came right in front of me and caught a taxi, so I went to Kyoto Station.Be sure to find out about taxi routes in advance..!!

*The only place I'll book when I go to Kyoto* Massive rooms, lovely staff, spa bath, massage chair, good breakfast included, free snacks and bath bombs in the lobby and heaps more best hotel I've stayed in and didn't disappoint us on our honeymoon it is a little bit of a walk to the train station but definitely worth the 15 min walk each way every day

I stayed in the president's room. The room and bathroom were very spacious and we had a great time. There are many amenities, including bubble bath salts.I was really happy because I don't usually have bubble baths at home.We also have a wide variety of rental items. It was fun to see what was out there. There were so many food menus that I was confused about what to eat.I had the fillet steak and it was very delicious.Alcohol might be a little weird. .When I saw the food menu, I thought it was a little expensive.I thought it was a good deal because there are many discounts and benefits when you register as a member.I'm very satisfied with the service, as I get free breakfast when I stay. The room was dirty in some places.I was especially concerned about dust. The TV remote control is covered in dust and I don't want to touch it anymore. There's also dust on the coffee machine, which makes it difficult to drink.I'm staying in the best room, and I wish they would take care of that.Later, when I made the reservation, I ordered a flower bath, but I was disappointed that the flowers were not placed anywhere, even though they were included in the price.

We didn’t know that this was a love hotel, when we first booked it.Unfortunately they only have 4 non smoking rooms, they were all taken when we arrived, so we had to stay one night in a smoking room before we could switch in the non smoking room, which still smelt a little bit.Employees were friendly and facilities in general were good.

There was breakfast included in the price, which was ok, meant nicely, but nothing special. Free sweets in the hallway such as ice cream or dry fruits. The food is brought to the room discreetly via a flap. There is a lot of anonymity. Large room with beer tap in the room. Drinks vending machine and a vending machine with gadgets in the room. Good air conditioning. It is a Japanese love hotel and is recommended and interesting for couples to try out. It was quite clean and the room was cleaned every day. There is a 7/11 or a Lawson around the corner, and supermarkets can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. Parking lots available.A little out of the way, 20 minutes walk to the nearest train connection. The card is renewed every day, you have to wait for the staff or look for them, there is not always someone at the reception. One day you would forget to bring breakfast. Worn furniture
