Yoga while meditating?Breathing and stretching - my whole body was purifiedIn the afternoon, we had herbal tea, food, and sweets. It didn't use any processed products, so you could enjoy the taste with all five senses, and it was great.

This was my first time experiencing zazen in high school.I had a really good experience as it felt like a stylish activity rather than a full-fledged zazen meditation at a temple. The vegan menu lunch was also really delicious 😊👍The staff were also very kind and nice 🎵Thank you for giving me a souvenir on my way home.( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)b
