I'll tell you the truth. The open-air bath here is definitely a really nice bath. (I think it's good to experience it once.)

There are independent cottages available for rent. The cost performance is the best. No cars are allowed in front of the cottage, and you have to climb a lot of stairs. There is a slope, but it is difficult for the elderly!Although the room is old, it is kept clean and very easy to use. Lastly, just turn on the faucet in the bath and the hot spring water will come out! You can enjoy the hot springs to your heart's content. There are a lot of stairs, but I would like to come again.

I stayed in a single room cottage. The hot spring had an open-air bath, and the rest room was large and nice. The wi-fi in the cottage was weak, and perhaps because it was in the mountains, the mobile internet was also weak.I appreciate the morning service. The parking lot is also large

Since it was a detached mountain lodge-style accommodation, I thought it would be good for preventing infectious diseases, so I have stayed there three times since I started staying here.If you don't mind cooking for yourself, we have all the cooking utensils you need, so if you bring your own ingredients and seasonings, you can make an authentic home-cooked meal, or of course you can just heat it in the microwave. For breakfast, if you let the front desk know in advance, toast, coffee, hot spring eggs (which are pretty good - you can also eat and drink at Makoto-an), and yogurt will be delivered to your room before 8am.Each room has a bath, and the source water of Makoto no Yu is drawn into the room, so you can enjoy the source water at your preferred temperature. We like hot water, so we don't add water to the source and let it cool down before taking a bath. By the way, the spring quality is tasteless and colorless sodium-calcium chloride and sulfate spring, and if you don't add water, hot water (from the source) will come out of the faucet at over 60℃, so be careful not to get burned. Personally, I feel that it is effective for lower back pain, tendonitis, and neuralgia. Also, my wife is undergoing anti-cancer drug treatment, and she has been able to get rid of the numbness in her hands and feet that is a side effect of anti-cancer drugs. The facilities are mostly perfect, but the only regret is that each mountain hut doesn't have Wi-Fi. If you want to connect to Wi-Fi, you can go to Makoto no Yu Honkan or there is Wi-Fi at the front desk, so you have no choice but to connect there. ).Prices are cheaper on weekdays, and on days before holidays and Fridays, the price is 1000 yen more than on weekdays. I thought it was a very good location as a base for climbing Happogahara and Mt. Takahara.

I thought the quality of the hot springs was average.

The best part is that you can control the indoor bath, which is fed directly by the source and has a temperature of over 60 degrees Celsius.
