It was an overall good hotel with good cost performance, service, and cleanliness.I think the location is good, close to Tokyo Tower. It would have been even better if the slippers were disposable.During my stay this time, I was concerned about some noises late at night, but they responded politely and I think this is a sincere hotel.I would like to stay here again when sightseeing in Tokyo.

As a simple place to stay, the environment is very goodThere are also barrier-free rooms on the second floor (with barrier-free bathrooms), and the space is so large that there is an echo when speaking. If you are traveling in a wheelchair, you can specify this room typeFor transportation in and out, we rely more heavily on Toei Mita/JR Tamachi Station.Toei Asakusa Line goes directly to Narita AirportThere is a barrier-free elevator that connects the subway to the ground, which is convenient for carrying luggage and pushing strollers. There is also a small park with children's play equipment next to the Toei Mita Line Exit A8.It won’t be too hot in the afternoon if you cover yourself in the shadow of the buildingNext to the hotel is the Docomo Bike rental station.A little further ahead there is a burger restaurant with good reviews (only open 11-17, closed every day)Across the road there is a larger Fami (24h), post office and coffee shop. For late-night snacks, head to Mita Station and the shopping street in the Keio direction. Many izakayas are open until 1 o'clockThe hotel can collect packages and store luggage in advanceThe whole hotel is non-smoking, only up to the 7th floor (guest rooms are on the 2nd to 7th floors, and there is only a rest area on the 1st floor)There is a free supplies area and coffee machine available at the counter. There is a Chongqing kitchen on the second floor that is open to the public. The seafood porridge for breakfast tastes pretty good (there are discounts for guests)There are coin-operated washing machines (100 yen), dryers (200 yen), ice machines, and microwaves on the 3rd floor.Laundry powder can be purchased at the counter for 50 yuan per use.The air conditioner is independently adjustable with temperature and air volumeThe bathroom is a system bathroom with a bathtub and a toiletThe TV is a new LCD TV, you can bring your own cable to project your phone or tabletThe speed of the free Wi-Fi is okay, so you can watch movies and TV shows without any lag.The disadvantage is that there are hospitals, fire stations, and highway entrances nearby. The siren warning sound is especially loud at night, and rooms on the metropolitan side will be particularly affected.Office buildings are being built towards Tokyo Tower, so there probably won’t be much of a night view.It is recommended to specify a silent room or a room without a view when booking. In addition, the slippers are reused leather slippers. There are disposable insoles that can be pasted and usedIf you are not used to it, it is recommended to bring disposable slippers.

The location is a 1-minute walk from Shibakoen Station. There is no ventilation in the room, but in fact, most accommodations in Japan do that. At first, the room guidance was lacking (few staff spoke English), but there was only one Korean staff member. It was on the 6th floor, and Tokyo Tower could be seen peeking through the buildings, so it was cute.
