This long-established restaurant, known only to those in the know, is particular about using "local ingredients" such as wild vegetables and river fish, and the elderly owner himself goes into the mountains to serve the dishes.I was unable to stay at the inn, but I was able to eat.It is difficult to make reservations during the spring wild vegetables and autumn mushroom seasons, but depending on how you preserve them, you can enjoy them even at different times.

A soothing space with elaborate dishes made with local ingredients. Once you visit, you'll want to go again.Cook in an atmosphere that you can never experience in the city.

A ryokan that always serves seasonal food😃You will be surprised by the types of wild vegetables that can be eaten in each season 😃The beautiful proprietress's knowledge of wild vegetables is also great and I learned a lot. Also, the courtyard is beautiful, and each room is a pure Japanese style, making it a very comfortable space.
