Less than 1 star.In the middle of the night, I was pranked by another guest (in the room across from me) who repeatedly hit the intercom.I called the person who did the prank to be careful, but the noise didn't go away, and I asked the front man to be careful, but he didn't respond (to be more precise, I said, "I'm going right now!" but he didn't come.) When I asked if they were coming from here, they made excuses and told me they would be on their way again, but in the end they never came. Honestly, we couldn't have a conversation because we kept saying we weren't responding (not coming) and saying we were responding (coming).I checked through the peephole in the room, but no one who looked like the front man came.Although I was woken up in the middle of the night and felt uncomfortable and scared, the hotel did not respond at all, and I was not satisfied with the hotel's response, rather than the response to the mischievous guest. .After that, I couldn't sleep and didn't feel like I stayed at the hotel, so I wanted to leave the hotel and asked for a refund, but in a tone that was typical of a hotel manager, I was told things like, ``Are you asking me to give my money back?''In the end, I talked to the manager and admitted the fault, but he told me things like, ``It's extremely unusual for me to refund money! Do you understand?'' as if I had done something wrong. When he brought me to the room, he asked me, ``Shall I get the key?'' Even though I hadn't even checked out, his tone and attitude were as if to tell me to leave.It was my first time staying in such a bad hotel.As for the hotel's facilities, the shower was leaky, the shampoo was an outdated type of amenity (not enough for women), the body soap was bar soap, there was no cleaning, and there was no hospitality.I will never go there again.It's not worth staying.

The room was spacious and I was able to relax. Personally, I find the bed to be of a good hardness and comfortable to sleep on. It's close to the downtown area, so you can go for drinks, etc. There's also a convenience store nearby.

The room is dark because the light bulbs are out all the time.One bath towel even though it is a twin roomTV remote control sensitivity is poorWhen I asked for a replacement, they didn't say sorry or check out. They didn't even say thank you.There are only elderly people at the front desk.Amenities are not sufficient either.
