I had a yellowtail set meal for lunch. It wasn't anything special, but it was delicious.

On a holiday in the middle of a frosty month, I came to Hokubo Town in calm weather. It takes nearly 2 hours on the downhill route, but 45 minutes on the highway, which is a reasonable distance for a leisurely drive. Let's have lunch at Minatoya Shokudo, which we happened to find along the old road. This is the restaurant of the long-established Minatoya Ryokan, which has been running for four generations. The entrance to the dining room is separate, and you will find a table seat as soon as you go through the noren curtain. There are tatami seats in the back, and there were some customers drinking lunch in groups that day.The menu is cafeteria-style, and in addition to set meals, there are other items such as oyako-don, egg-don, ramen, udon, yakisoba, and fried rice. .. .. The price is also cheap!I ordered ramen (550 yen), and the bowl arrived after waiting for less than 10 minutes. The soup was pork bone and soy sauce. It had a gentle, nostalgic taste, and the portion was so generous that you couldn't see the noodles ^^;The noodles are medium-thin straight and quite soft by default. 2 pieces of small char siu with good fat balance, this is the flavor I like. Other ingredients are orthodox: red and white kamaboko, shinachiku, and green onions.I had a relaxing time eating ramen at a long-established popular restaurant where time passes slowly (*^^*)
