A lovely relaxing home stay. The host Yoshiko was so very helpful. Gave great detailed information on how to get to the property and when we arrived was amazing and helped us to find food options for vegan options. Made reservations for us, organised our preorder of food for the next day trip and then drove us down to the port to walk us to Yahata to pick up our vegan cat burgers, then walked us over to the port ticket office so we could buy our tickets to Tashiro Island (cat island).Yoshiko also offered to drive us to the train station on our last morning and made us a delicious coffee.A very clean relaxing place to stay, was great to experience a stay in a Japanese home and with a wonderful host. Thoroughly recommend.Oh and our highlight was the 3 cats who came downstairs to visit us often to hang out and get pats.

It was so beautiful there. Like spending the night with your best friend. A must for cat lovers. The cats are sweet and can be petted. The way to the ferry to Cat Island is a stone's throw and definitely worth a visit. Donations can be made for the animals on Cat Island. The owner of YoakeNeco has tips on this, you can also ask her anything. She speaks English really well.If I go on vacation to Japan again, I will definitely come back. <3

Although it was my first time using the accommodation, the staff at the guest house gave me detailed instructions, so I was able to spend 2 nights and 3 days with peace of mind. Since I was using it in July, ice cream pillows were available. It was a very relaxing space with 3 unique cats. The inside of the building is retro and cute, and the bedrooms are tatami mats, giving you a nostalgic feeling. This is a guesthouse where you can relax and enjoy the view of the garden and the breeze from the large windows.

2022.6.14I stayed here while sightseeing on Tashirojima. A private lodging with cats (limited to 2 groups maximum) that is irresistible for cat lovers.All three cats were friendly and cute. The owner was also very kind.The building was quaint and we had a great time there.
