Although the official website says that it accepts cashless payments (Merpay and dPay are supported), I couldn't actually use it.I was able to use Yuucho Pay, PayPay, AirPay, etc.Please do not list payments that cannot be used.Also, the female staff at the front desk was not very responsive.

The lady at the front desk was overbearing and spoke poorly!There is no mention anywhere that coupons cannot be used if you are a member! !Even if I tell everyone that I don't agree with it, I still say no to everyone! The service such as welcome food and drinks is good, but the room is not cleaned properly. There was a lot of dust, and the tissue the previous person had used was on the bed panel, which was very uncomfortable.

It's a little tough having to meet employees face to face when I go out.Other than that, it's good!postscript:It's been a while since I last used it.I am satisfied with the food and price. I also think it's great that they have air purifiers, water servers, refrigerators, microwaves, etc.Unfortunately, this time, there was blood about 2 cm in size on the bed sheets (comforter). I thought it was a new color. I realized it the next morning after staying there, so it was already too late. I've been feeling pretty exhausted since this morning.It is said that blood stains are difficult to remove, so perhaps the stains remained even after washing, but I don't think it would be a good idea to consider that. Are you changing the sheets properly? I wondered.Also, I have the impression that the rooms are not cleaned enough overall. I would like them to focus on cleaning the bathroom and the bedside area where tissues and phones are kept.Also, as others have pointed out, the room number written on the room card is difficult to read.There were a lot of sad events in this episode, so I really wanted to give it 2 stars, but there are also some good parts, so I'm going to change it from 4 stars to 3 stars with hopes for the future.
