When I stayed at Minshuku Kankou, I received a flyer saying that Minshuku Enraku's dining room had just opened as an izakaya on September 12th. I was curious about Goto Udon, which I had eaten elsewhere but had missed, so I stumbled over here.Currently, there is no signboard or lantern-like sign posted outside, so I was a little hesitant to enter, but they seem to be introducing the restaurant on Facebook. Each table has a grill for grilling, and it looks like it would be fun to grill dried fish. Now, the way this Goto udon is served is ``Jigokudaki,'' which is to heat the udon noodles piping hot on the stove and eat them with two kinds of flavorings: chinko soup stock and beaten egg, similar to kamaage. The first time I tried Goto udon, it didn't spread at all even though the medium-thin noodles had been kept warm for a long time, and the texture was smooth without being too strong, and it was very delicious. The dipping sauce for the chin soup was plentiful and diluted, so I would have liked it if I had halved the amount and made it darker. Since beaten eggs go well together, you can also add some chin soup stock to change the taste. Considering the price, I would have liked some condiments like green onion, sesame, and seaweed. There are other local dishes on the menu, such as grilled millet, and since I want to try local food when I travel, I'm looking forward to this restaurant.
