It was my first time using it.The host's friendly customer service, relaxed atmosphere, and attentiveness were the perfect welcome for those of us who wanted to spend a relaxing vacation.I want to experience all four seasons at this pension, so next time I would like to visit in a different season!Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and we had a great time. It was great!I would like to visit again with my family. Thank you for your understanding at that time.

The view from the room we were led through. Even though it's a weekday and it's empty. There was no air conditioning, so I couldn't sleep because of the cold. At night, you can hear the sounds of the owner cleaning and tidying up. My partner forgot his towel, so when I asked him to lend me one, he silently handed me two bath towels.It didn't say anywhere in the directions that you should call me if you had any problems, so I used the outside line on my reservation to contact them. It was my first time to stay in such an unfriendly and uncomfortable hostel.

Beautiful from the entrance! I was also very impressed with the owner's courteous response. We also had a meal, and you could feel the care taken in everything from the ingredients to the tableware, and the arrangement and presentation was outstanding! Everything is wonderful, with minimal seasoning that brings out the best in the ingredients, coffee roasted by the owner himself, and handmade jams. It was a trip that also served as a gift for my partner, but I was more impressed by it... I'll go again, huh?

A clean and calm store, interesting books, and a gentle owner.There are also more wonderful cafes in Hokuto City!A friend who lives in the neighborhood told me that the parfaits are cheap and delicious, and when I went to see them, I found out that the pound cake was delicious and the fries were delicious!The ginger lemon I received yesterday was also very delicious ✧Also, children's parfaits are half the price of adults✧I would like parents and children to come ♡There are many pensions around Hoshino Resorts, so if you come to Kobuchizawa for a walk, we recommend you to take a break here.I also plan to visit again within this month ✧

I have bothered you twice.The atmosphere is calm and the owner is also a quiet and kind person. The sound of the wood stove crackling and burning is soothing (•ᵕᴗᵕ•)I ate the parfait both times, and the coffee jelly parfait I had the first time I visited was so delicious that I had the parfait again this time🍎It's just the right amount for an adult to eat. It also goes well with coffee ☕️

I visited with my daughter in the spring of 2022. This is an inn that my daughter found on the internet.It was a clean, simple, refreshing and very comfortable accommodation. The food was simple, hearty, and very delicious.The dining space has a high ceiling, a fireplace, and a beautiful view of greenery from the windows, making it feel comfortable. You can enjoy the greenery from the window of the room on the second floor. My daughter also really liked it.It seems that the son continued to renovate the pension that his parents had run to suit his personal taste. Mother is still in charge of gardening.When I come to Kobuchizawa again, I plan to stay here.

I suddenly decided to stay overnight without meals. The wonderful environment, garden, and inside of the hotel were simple and clean, so I felt safe using it! The Wi-Fi environment is a great feature, the attached cafe is also nice, and the coffee made by the owner was very good! I want to use it again.
